JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2025

To apply for JEE Main 2025, candidates must meet the following JEE Main Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must have completed standard 12^th board examinations in the academic years of 2022 or 2023 or should be appearing for the standard 12^th board examinations in the year 2024.
• Should not have more than 12 years of academic background and should be in the final year of the 10+2 examination.
• Only those candidates who have passed the intermediate or two-year Pre-University examinations carried out by a known Board/University can apply for the test.
• Applicants who have completed a two year course from the joint service wing of the national defence academy are allowed.
• NIOS 10+2 with a minimum of five subjects passing Advanced Level candidates are also eligible.
• A candidate that holds 3-year diploma certificate is also acceptable.
• Candidates pursuing 10+2 from NIOS should select their state for eligibility for the 2025 exam.
