Golden Entertainment plans to open seven new taverns in 2017

Golden Entertainment Inc., Nevada's largest traditional tavern game operator, announced Tuesday that it plans to open seven new taverns in Las Vegas Valley, which are currently scheduled for completion in 2017.

The five taverns will be located in the growing southwest part of Clark County. The sixth is in the northwest part of Las Vegas City near Centennial Hills. The seventh tavern is in Henderson's Green Valley Ranch Area. The seventh includes the development of six green spaces and the acquisition of an existing third-party run tavern.

The development plan will provide Golden Entertainment with a total of 60 taverns in Nevada by the end of 2017, following growth in 2016, when Golden Entertainment opened five new taverns. The company's tavern brands include PT's Pub, PT's Gold, PT's Ranch, PT's Brewing Co., Sean Patrick's, Siera Gold, and SG Bar.

"Last year marked a milestone in the organic growth of the tavern business, and the 2017 opening will continue our company's goal of expanding our presence and reinvesting in Nevada," said Blake L. Sartini II, senior vice president of distributed gaming at Golden Entertainment. "We expect the continued strength of the Las Vegas-area economy to support additional future taverns across all brands, as well as the currently planned 2017 opening."

The following areas are currently planning to expand in 2017:
West Warm Springs Road near - Rhodes Ranch residential and golf community - 7355 South Buffalo Drive.
- South Valley View Boulevard north of Interstate 215 on the site of an existing tavern.
4880 West Silverado Ranch Boulevard, near South Decatur Boulevard.
- Blue Diamond Road and South El Capitan Way development site near the mountain edge residence.
- 8275 South Port Apache Road, just west of Huntington Cove Parkway.
- 7550 Osso Blanca Road, near North Durango Drive, Centennial Hills.
-Development site in the Green Valley Ranch community of Henderson.

Each new tavern location will offer up to 15 video gaming devices and a wide variety of dining and beverage selections, including award-winning bar food and happy hour options. The seven taverns are expected to create more than 200 full-time and part-time jobs for Southern Nevada residents. 바다이야기
