• Ancient myths, human might, and a massive marketing system! These visible signs of the modern Olympics stir the imagination and draw the masses.
• They also hide the global politics and the cold-hearted pragmatism behind the scenes.
• For Olympic masters celebrate the strong and mighty, but they show little tolerance for the poor and weak whose homes are razed to build stadiums, beautify surroundings, and impress visitors.
• The history of the Olympics lead us back to around 770 B.C. -- the apparent birth of the original Greek games --
• This extended family of promiscuous deities was ruled by Zeus and birthed by Gaea (Gaia), supposedly the mother goddess of all.
• when superstitious mortals worshipped ancient gods on Mount Olympus.
• In that other-worldly realm, Zeus' oldest sister, Hestia, guarded the sacred flame on Mount Olympus.
• Meanwhile, in the real world, a sacred fire was lit on an altar to Zeus in front of his massive temple. At four-year intervals, nude athletes would compete for the victor's wreath, honor and material gain.
• But the light of those early games flickered out in AD 394 when Emperor Theodosius, apparently a Christian, could no longer condone such occult celebrations.
• The Olympics were revived in 1896 by Baron Pierre de Coubertin.
• His humanist philosophy and love for myth were summarized by Sigmund Loland in his report on "Pierre de Coubertin's Ideology of Olympism":
   
   "These goals are underlined in what is seen as a very important aesthetic framework consisting of symbols, rituals and ceremonies. Whereas the Ancient Games were part of a cult to the honour of Zeus, a key goal in their modern version ought to be to worship human greatness and possibility."[4]
• Loland then quotes Coubertin, giving us more revealing glimpses of the values behind the games:
   
   “There are not two parts of a man... there are three -- body, soul and character: character is not formed by the mind, but primarily by the body."[4]
• "The first essential characteristic of ancient and of modern Olympism is that of being a religion. By chiseling his body with exercise as a sculptor chisels a statue, the athlete of antiquity was 'honoring the gods'. In doing likewise the modern athlete exalts his country, his race, his flag.
• I therefore think I was right to recreate from the outset, around the renewed Olympism, a religious sentiment transformed and widened by the Internationalism and Democracy which distinguish the present age, but still the same as that which led the young Greeks, ambitious for the triumph of their muscles, to the foot of the altar of Zeus.”[4]
• Coubertin's idealistic vision of international peace and spirituality is still the public theme of the Olympics. But his point on character-building has been tainted by the moral realities of the new millennium.
• While there are many admirable heroes among the athletes, their "village" is also known for its rampant use of free condoms, its obsession with the human body, its shameless delight in all kinds of promiscuous sex,[5] and its illicit use of drugs and steroids.[6]
• That's not surprising. Our culture is changing fast, and popular entertainment is racing to stay ahead of the trends it helped create.
• Like the mainstream media, the forces behind the Olympic vision have been reshaped by changing values, national interests, international politics, global economics, etc.
• And with the guidance and participation of globalist power-brokers such as Henry Kissinger -- who was rewarded with the title, "Honour Member," by the International Olympic Committee -- its global networks will surely increase.[7]
• The most blatant demonstration of political compromise was pushed by Hitler in Berlin:
   
   "...in 1936, Adolph Hitler had co-opted the Games... making them a showcase for the Nazis' hollow facade of a new and better Germany."[8]
   
   "Creating impressions of grandeur and potency was one of Hitler's foremost talents....
• In fact, the Olympics have always been entangled with contrary goals and tactics.
• The Games would launch with lavish and spectacular ceremonies.... The sacred flame would ignite from the focused rays of the sun in the ruins of ancient Olympia, then be borne to Berlin by a relay of runners.... By this transfer of fire from the oldest Olympic site to the newest, the past would touch the present. A spirit would move across the ages...."
• "The glorious scheme was set in motion amid the tumbled stones of Olympia. ... A 'high priestess' attended by 13 Greek girls in classical costume held a wand above a sun-focusing mirror supplied by the Zeiss company, Germany's famed optical firm.
• The wand burst into flame and was carried to an altar. ... A German delegate declaimed: 'O fire, lit in an ancient and sacred place, begin your race....'"[9]
• Hitler's fascination with ancient myth and mysticism fueled the fervor behind this ritual and prompted its inclusion in future ceremonies.
• According to the official website of the 2002 Olympics,
   
   "The Olympic Flame first became a tradition of the modern Olympics at the 1928 Amsterdam Games.... A torch relay has been held, in one form or another, at every Olympics since. The flame is first lighted during a ceremony at the site of the ancient Olympic stadium in Olympia. Women dressed in robes similar to those worn by the ancient Greeks use a curved mirror to light the torch naturally with the sun’s rays.... The high priestess then presents the torch to the first relay runner."[3]
• The lighting of the torch -- and later the cauldron -- sets the stage for pagan celebrations befitting the spiritual visions of global pacesetters.
• They know well that images and suggestions, rather than facts or truth, will best change values and establish symbols that serve the global agenda.
• This former "Dean" (or head pastor) of New York's infamous Cathedral of St. John the Divine has been a guiding member of the interfaith Temple of Understanding.
• So does the influential spiritual leader, James Morton.
• Speaking on Solidarity at the 1996 UN Conference on Human Settlements in Istanbul, he offered his pathway to global peace. Notice how well it matches the Olympic vision:
   
   "What's needed is ...something analogous to the ancient acropolis, where today's diversity of national and ethnic customs and religious traditions can be celebrated and upheld for the enrichment of everybody.... The new acropolises will... provide opportunity for sacred expression needed to bind the people of the planet into a viable, meaningful, and sustainable solidarity."[2]
• The new acropolis is here! It's making a difference! For whenever groups of people tune their hearts to a shared experience, their personal values tend to change and blend -- be it ever so slightly each time.
• Change agents in churches as well as in government, community organizations, the UN, or the Olympic Committee are counting on it!
• Whether true or false, enticing stories and visual images can plant transformational suggestions in the collective mind.
• We see the results in today's growing consensus -- the common perceptions that it's okay to love and celebrate gods and rituals that reigned in ancient times.
• Such idols and practices are now considered good, not bad. And woe to Christian children or teens who dare to argue against that among their peers and teachers.
• Only He can build in us the kind of character that can withstand all the temptations to cheat, lie and compromise the Truth. Only His light will shut out the false light of seductive illusions and misleading visions.
• Genuine unity comes through Jesus Christ, not myth, marketing, or the human imagination.
• "Beware," He warns us, "lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ." Colossians 2:6-9
• But only a few are likely to listen. As Dr. Stanley Monteith so wisely said, "...reality is usually scoffed at and illusion is usually king, but in the battle for the survival of Western civilization it will be reality and not illusion or delusion that will determine what the future will bring."[10]
• House Churches Ready to Welcome Brother Bush; Deeply Disappointed in his Visit to the TSPM: "As the grand opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games approaches, many house churches in Beijing are getting ready to welcome President Bush. ...
• When the news came that President Bush will visit Kuanjie Protestant Church of the TSPM that serves the Chinese government, it caused widespread concern among the house churches.
• They believe that the Chinese rulers have been consistently cheating and ridiculing their guests from overseas by winning popularity through misleading the public and by mixing the false with the genuine. Through these means, they intensify their persecution on the house churches. President Bush’s visit to the TSPM’s Kuanjie Protestant Church will certainly be utilized by the Chinese Communists.
• "...one of the Christian leaders... in Beijing, said with much disappointment: 'One of the most important means with which the Chinese Communists persecute the churches in China is strengthening the TSPM churches that it establishes and controls.
• Bush’s visit to the TSPM will surely give out a wrong signal that President Bush endorses the TSPM churches.'” See Persecution
• Bush aims for balance in China: "President Bush started his four-day visit to China Friday by sending a mixed message of both praise for Chinese economic policy and admonishments to Chinese leaders to respect religious and political freedoms....That dual-edged message came through Friday morning, while he inaugurated a $434 million, 500,000 square-foot U.S. embassy in the heart of Beijing that will be the second biggest American embassy, only behind the U.S. complex in Baghdad...
• "Hours later, at a pre-Olympic luncheon for world leaders, Bush set a different tone as he climbed the steps of the monumental Chinese parliament building, the Great Hall of the People, and happily shook hands with Chinese President Hu Jintao....
• "Sharon Hom, executive director of the advocacy group Human Rights in China, said the president could start by requesting the release of several dissidents thrown in jail over the past months for criticizing government preparations for the Olympic Games. 'The focus should move away from what leaders say to what they do.... World leaders should use every opportunity possible to demand concrete human rights action."

• KOZENKI, Russia - You can see it from miles away, looming over the birch forests and wildflower fields and construction sites crammed with future dachas for Russia's rich and ruthless.
• Stabbing toward heaven from its hilltop perch, the pyramid gleams white under the blast of northern sun.
• Twelve stories high and made of 55 tons of fiberglass, the pyramid swarms with Russians desperate to rearrange their energy fields and cure their karma.
• Everybody, it seems, has heard some miracle tale about the pyramid: The sterile woman miraculously impregnated after a visit. The prisoners pacified with drafts of saltwater charged by the energies of the pyramid. The pillar of mysterious force allegedly emanating from the peak, healing the ozone layer over Russia.
• "You can't expect to build a pyramid and see everything change overnight. It happens gradually," says Alexander Golod, a Ukrainian defense contractor who has spent millions of dollars building pyramids around the former Soviet Union and beyond.
• "The possibility of any emergency decreases, including hurricanes and typhoons. It seriously changes physical and psychological conditions."
• Golod sits in a yard of bright grass and vibrant poppy beds in a Moscow suburb.
• Between the rooftops, the pyramid blocks the horizon - he and his family live well within reach of the pyramid's energy, he says.
• Asked what drives his obsession with pyramids, Golod takes a long time to answer. He blinks his blue eyes. Finally, he says: "The pyramid changes the structure of space."
• Olympic athletes visit the pyramid to boost their strength, he says, and Russian cosmonauts are so fond of the pyramid that they have taken keepsakes from within the structure into space. (An official at Russia's Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center could not confirm this claim, but said he doubted its truth.)
• Rumors of the pyramid's mysterious powers have spread through the suburbs and into the city.
• People come looking for peace of mind, strength, health, insight. Life is hard these days in Moscow. The city is a place of blank expressions and cold shoulders. Prices climb high and then higher still.
• But the pyramid is quiet and cool, a sort of New Age monastery.
• There's no sign, no gate, and no admission tickets. Visitors park, wander inside, and stay as long as they like.
• Summer sun filters thinly though the fiberglass, casting an amber glow.
• Three massive globes, one each for geography, topography, and astronomy, swell in the center of the floor, surrounded by benches.
• On one sits a stooped woman, stretching her arms to the ceiling, scooping them through the air and pulling them down to her heart.
• "Try it for yourself," she says. "Feel how you are drawing the energy to yourself."
• Another woman, Lidiya Okhapkina, 70, brought visiting family members to the pyramid. She's heard it can cure sickness and pain. She only wants to be healthy.
• "So far," she sighs, "I don't feel much."
• Kseniya Simonova, arm laced around her boyfriend, has heard the stories, too.
• A crew team visited the pyramid, then rowed to first place, boosted by supernatural powers.
• "We've heard you get crazy energy from it," she says.

• But that's not why Simonova and her boyfriend, recent college graduates, have driven all the way out to the pyramid. The truth is, they're looking for a good hangover cure.

  "They say no pills can help you like the pyramid," she says.
• Behind glass counters stacked with stuffed pandas, jewelry, and stone eggs, Olga Vorobyova keeps watch.
• Three years ago, when she took a job peddling crystals and water in the pyramid, she was sick and weighed down with troubles. But now, because of the "positive energy" of her work space, she has been cured.
• "Bad things used to happen. My husband drank a lot and we had no money," she says. "Now I live alone and life is better. I feel healthier."

• UPDATE:
• Vineyard Churches have taken lots of criticism, much of it deserved.  I believe this comes down to who loves God and is trying to please him.
• Just as I am critical of the Fellowship and its IONS / New Age betrayal, I must give credit for what is good.
•  I was pleasantly surprised to read this most excellent presentation of the growing hidden dangers of the New Age Movement by a Vineyards pastor, no less.
• He is wrong about one thing.  It was not "fringe" in the early 1980s.
• But Christians were lied to and told it was fringe.
• New Age leaders and governmental supporters, including the then powerful Institute of Noetic Sciences, working hand in glove with Fellowship Foundation / "The Family" / The Cedars / Ivanwald during that era were very well entrenched indeed.
• I tried to sound clear alarms then and was made an object of derision for doing so.  That it got to the point that the good Columbus pastor, Rich Nathan, Senior Pastor of Columbus Vineyard Church, now clearly warns, can be blamed, in large part on the cover those self-anointed watchmen, SCP, CRI, EMNR gave it.
• They claimed they were sounding alarms when in actuality, they were viciously and underhandedly fighting those who were.
• Congratulations to Pastor Rich Nathan for this clear warning to his congregation!  May his message multiply many times.

• Raising Pagan Children, Scary

• This Halloween, what’s your choice for the scariest - out of control parents or crazy dictators?
• A few week’s ago we watched as out-of-control heads of state came to deliver their 'evils of America and President Bush' addresses to the UN, and even invited to do the same in our colleges and churches.
• Most Americans were irate at the gull of Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Evo Morales to do such a thing, and on American soil, at that!
• While this was going on the San Francisco Chronicle continued to report extensively, on the "Burning Man" which is held in the deserts of Nevada each year. A favorite topic for this Left Coast newspaper, last year it devoted weeks to an entire series on this annual pagan event’s 20 year anniversary.
• The Chronicle’s online site has lots of postings and pictures of this year's "Burning Man" pyrotechnic-fest where Wiccans and nudists, transvestites and artists, pagans and, well you get the picture, meet for a week of “glorious Hell on earth.”
• Burning Man's ‘10 Principles’ include, among other things: "radical inclusion, radical self-reliance and radical self-expression," which they say in their mission statement, "…can produce positive spiritual change in the world."
• What kind of ‘radical’ principles are they talking about? What kind of ‘spiritual’ change are they looking for?
• We can get a glimpse simply by looking at a few clippings about this year’s event written up in the San Francisco Chronicle.
• One article, "Cute Fuzzy Little Children, On Fire" by Mark Morford, particularly stuck out to me as clearly depicting the worldview of those who attend and advocate for the "Burning Man," as well as the scary future ahead for the children who are exposed to this event and the mindset of its devotees, some of which are their parents.
• Morford writes:
   
   "Of course there are children at Burning Man...And I suppose you could very well think, by bringing your kid here early on, you might earn yourself a super-cool teenager, one of those precious and rare, alternative-minded artistic supergenius teens who doesn't think her dad is, by definition, a total dork, ultimately resulting in a radiant spiritually luminous carefully tattooed anarchist poet/astronomer adult who will cherish and admire you, her superhip clairvoyant Burning Man parent, forevermore and send you loving postcards and thoughtful gifts and oh yes help save the human race in the process. And you very well might.
• Of course, you always run the risk that she will rebel, will reject all parental teachings no matter how raw and naked and funky, will recoil from all supposed hipness and all this, you know, hot glittery ridiculousness, and do the typical teenager thing and race in the exact opposite direction from the sillywonderful Burning Man ethos and instead decide to become, say, a virgin Mormon Republican taxidermist. But hey. Risk you run.
• Of course, everyone is childlike here. You could painlessly argue it's all one giant, insanely impractical, wildly expensive, scrotum-shrivelingly hot regression therapy session, albeit one with fabulous drugs and amazing art and much fire and severe love/hate living conditions and incalculable numbers of the aforementioned nipples,
• and huge percentage of those who come here are clearly on some sort of mutated mission to recover something lost or rekindle something stagnant, something having to do with childlike wonder and joy.
• Or maybe they all just want to play with matches and run with scissors and scream into the Void and have the entire community merely cheer them on and beg for more. Same difference, really."
• What can I say? It speaks for itself.
• It's important to know, however, that this is no small gathering, as you can see from the pictures. And it is of no small consequence, for not only will "Burning Man" have an impact on the children who attend and are raised by those who attend, but it will have an impact eventually on our nation.
• For some of these kids will grow up to be teachers and writers and film makers and politicians and…again, I think you get the picture. And it’s a pretty scary one.

• Burning Man Just One of the Signs the Occult Is Sweeping the Globe

• This year's Occulture festivities exhibited bigger than ever venues - sacred music and dance, clarivoyance, psychic and tarot readers, chakra, traditional witchcraft, tatooing, piercing, fetish satanism, shamanism, transcendent techniques, and lectures favoring paganism from the original Book of Shadows.
• And then there was the 'Pleasure Dome" where magicians, sorcerers and witches discussed their trade, including Mogg Morgon, founder of the Golden Dawn Occult Society, Ralph Harvey, a prominent Wiccan High Priest, and Emrys, a Shaman of the Cromlech Covenant.
• On the heels of this in the U.S., Burning Man has grown to become the largest ever, surpassing last year's 33,000 participants as the number of earth-worshipping pagans swell the ranks of party-goers from across Canada, Brazil, Germany, Russia, and 25 other countries to an isolated corner of Black Rock Desert in Nevada.
• As in the past, this year's clothing-optional Burning Man offers a no-holds-barred "Woodstock" style festival where neo-pagans, wiccans, transvestitie entertainers, curiosity seekers, and old hippies can go to trance, perform rituals, burn sacrifices to deities, fornicate, and otherwise "express" themselves freely.
• The 40-foot-high effigy Burning Man (the "Spirit Cave Man"-- sacred to local Indians and New Agers) will be torched as usual together with just about everything else at the close of the festivity.
• UNDERSTANDING THE OCCULT FIRES PHENOMENON
• The spirit of the occult has existed since the beginning of time.
• Like an insidious cancer—unseen, patient, deadly—it has grown. Indications of its presence have been felt occasionally, and confirmations of its actuality have been documented from Brighton to Washington D.C.
• As we approach the culmination of the “new order of the ages,” cult experts forecast a continuing revival of such mysticism.
• While church attendance continues to decline across the United States and Britain, adherents of the occult expand their "services" to meet the desires and mystical interests of a spiritually hungry world.
• New Age expert Judy Vorfeld says, “Dabbling in the realm of the occult is currently stylish. Even some Christians seem unable to avoid the attraction of this colorful, seductive world.”
• She's right. From Burning Man festivals to public school Environmental Education to faddish television good-guys and bad-girls, today’s generation is lapping up as much New Age Occultianity as they can get their hands on.
• Whether it's comic book heroes that teach youth the dangerous Persephonian idea that a person can be in league with the devil and still be a good person, or the syncretistic goals of the Occulture Festival and Burning Man, the glowing fire of pagan revival can no longer be denied.
• THE REAL BURNING MAN
• In the air above and the earth beneath are nefarious progenitors of esoteric mysticism.
• From a Biblical point of view, powerful and ancient entities are behind the revival of paganism.
• “Demons” to some and “gods” to others, such forces have numerous titles. They can appear in hideous forms or as beautiful angels of light.
• They are the “wicked spirits” (poneria: the collective body of demon soldiers comprising Satan’s hordes),
• “rulers of darkness” (kosmokrators: governing spirits of darkness),

• By whatever names they may otherwise be called, the underworld spirits elevated in the Burning Man and Occulture festivals are gathering the combined efforts of the kingdom of Satan toward a conspiracy of apocalyptic proportions.
• As a consequence, we are experiencing an unprecedented pagan revival at a time when the United States and Britain are considered the most advanced economic and technological powers in the world.

• Where will the revival of paganism lead?
• Billy Graham says, “Lucifer, our archenemy, controls one of the most powerful and well-oiled war machines in the universe. He controls principalities, powers, and dominions. Every nation, city, village, and individual has felt the hot breath of his evil power. He is already gathering the nations of the world for the last great battle in the war against Christ—Armageddon.”
• Many pagans would disagree with Graham, saying they reject the idea of personal evil spirits such as Satan and his angels. The concepts of Hell and a future Great Judgment are also disregarded.
• But the reality of Hell and the doom of Satan's followers is described in the Bible. The "old gods" of the underworld will be destroyed by Yahweh. "The Lord will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth" (Zeph. 2:11).
• "The Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, saith; Behold, I will punish...the gods" (Jer. 46:25).
• Yahweh will also punish the leader of the gods, that old serpent, called the Devil, and his human followers. In Isaiah we read:
   
   Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish Leviathan the piercing serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. (Isa. 26:20-27:1)
• This is the war mentioned by Graham. It will be fought on land and sea, in the heavens above, and in the earth below, in the physical and spiritual worlds.
• However futile, the pagan gods will retaliate, and a war of indescribable intensity will occur.
• It will include "Michael and his angels [fighting] against the dragon; and the dragon [fighting] and his angels" (Rev. 12:7).
• According to the Bible, last days pagans will join the battle, calling upon "idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and wood" (Rev. 9:20) to summon "the spirits of devils working miracles, which go forth unto the Kings of the earth...to gather them to the battle of that great day...[to] a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon" (Rev. 16:13-14; 16).
• There, in the valley of Megiddo, the omnipotent Christ will utterly repel the forces of darkness and destroy the pagan armies. Blood will flow like rivers, and the fowl of the air will "eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth."
• Between now and then, Christian's have the same opportunity to preach the same Gospel that caused the Oracle at Delphi to surrender in 362 A.D.
• To the physician of the Emperor Julian, the Byzantine ruler who tried to restore paganism after Christianity had become the official religion of the Byzantine Empire, the god Apollo sent message: "Tell the King," said the oracle, "that the curiously built temple has fallen to the ground, that bright Apollo no longer has a roof over his head, or prophetic laurel, or babbling spring. Yes, even the murmuring water has dried up."

• Church of England claims Hallowe'en is 'similar' to Christmas Eve
• Hallowe'en is a special religious festival just like Christmas Eve, according to the Church of England.

• A website created by the Church claims that the event, which is based on a   pagan celebration and has no Biblical basis, represents "light coming   in the darkness" similar to the arrival on Earth of Jesus Christ.

• It is part of a campaign by clergy to stop the spread of the secular American   interpretation of Hallowe'en that sees children dress in horror masks and   demand "trick or treat" from neighbours, and revive its Christian   meaning of a commemoration of saints.
• However critics claimed it is "odd" for the Church to be equating   the two festivals.
• Rod Thomas, chairman of the traditionalist group Reform, said: "We have   to remember that Hallowe'en has only recently taken off in this country.   It's a bit of an American import so to put in on a par with Christmas Eve is   overplaying it.
• "To equate the coming of Christ with a celebration of His followers, the   saints, is an unequal comparison."
• However he added: "I think their motivation is exactly right, they're   trying to restore a bit of sanity to an area that's got out of hand."
• Alison Ruoff, a prominent member of the church's governing body, the General   Synod, added: "Making something positive of Hallowe'en is a good idea   but it's just a rather odd way of putting it. It needs to be spelled out."
• The roots of Hallowe'en date back almost 2,000 years to the Celtic festival of   Samhain, which marked the gathering of the harvest and the start of a new   year.
• On October 31, the last night of the old year, pagans believed the dead walked   the Earth once more and they would light bonfires and don masks to scare   their spirits away.
• In the 8th century AD, Pope Gregory IV moved the date of the Christian   festival of All Saints' Day to November 1, to coincide with Samhain. The   night before became known as All Hallows' Eve in the Christian calendar.
• Across Britain and Ireland the lighting of bonfires persisted, however, as   well as the pagan tradition of carving faces into lanterns to drive away   spirits who were still believed to rise again at this time of year.
• In recent years, the Church of England has become increasingly concerned about   children following the practices of American children on Hallowe'en, who   wear "gruesome" fancy dress and go from door to door playing   practical jokes on those who do not reward them with sweets.
• Last year the Bishop of Bolton, the Rt Rev David Gillett, said the night was   being used by yobs as an excuse for bad behaviour and was becoming the "anti-social   night of the year".
• He urged people to donate money to children's charities instead of   trick-or-treaters, and said supermarkets should stock more positive fancy   dress costumes alongside horror masks.
• This year the website Hallowe'en Choice, run by the Church and the Children's   Society, is running a poll to find out what children believe is Britain's "most   heroic job".
• The church wants people to mark All Saints' Day as "a celebration of   heroes and saints and the ultimate triumph of good over evil".

• Its website states: "No one can deny that the timing of 'All Hallows'   Eve' has pre-Christian pagan roots.  

   

   "Today, with millions of Christians celebrating Hallowe'en or 'All   Hallows' Eve', it is helpful to see Christmas Eve and Hallowe'en as doing   similar jobs: they are times of special celebration when light comes in the   darkness."

• NOTE: Folks, stop what you're doing and please devote some time right now to reading this BEFORE this evening. I'm either on to something or I've finally lost it.
• It's getting to the point where it's almost like an information overload, and even though I feel compelled to try to record all of it here for us, there just never seems to be enough time in the day or rest from it all as layer upon layer is seemingly being pulled away driving me absolutely bonkers!
• What's new? The hits just keep on coming!
• I'll try my best - - not by my strength, but by His - - and let the rest of you fill in the blanks where I leave a gap because I know that the Look Up Fellowship community "gets it" when it comes to this stuff.
• I'll warn you now to pull up a chair, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and get comfortable because this series is going to be another long one. Then again, if you're anything like me it will be so worth it. Glory be to God!
• Events are unfolding all around us at such a quickening pace that it's very difficult to go a day without some sort of revelation it seems. Part of the Daniel 12:4 "unsealing" I'm sure.
• Where do I even begin without losing everyone along the way?
• This series titled "Ceres Of Events" is a collection of my observations over the past week up to and including today.
• I'll try to be as coherent as I possibly can, but will warn you that I might eventually resort to just throwing a bunch of bullet-pointed observations up here for you to read, read, and rationalize on your own
• because I find that I'm having a difficult time with this (like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole!). I had other columns ready to go, but feel I should delay those for the time being.
• This is Part 1.
• Here's what I hope to show using the wisdom that I believe was gracefully given to me:
• (1) The unexplained reports across the world in recent weeks of lights in the sky, falling objects, and earthquakes are all connected;
• (2) Somehow this all has a connection to Ceres - - whatever that might symbolize;
• (3) Comet Lulin is some kind of a harbinger of doom prophetically speaking;
• (4) Prophecies in the Book of Revelation (as well as in Daniel and Zechariah) seem to correlate (or at the very least, they seem to evoke similar imagery) with these unprecedented events and could point to the imminent fulfillment of what we've been expecting to happen.
• CERES OF EVENTS - PART 1: THE GREEN SUN
• It begins and ends with Ceres (pronounced like "series"). That much I know. We'll first look at this later in Part 2.
• Before we can answer that question it's important for us to face the fact that those in power (those behind the push to establish the New World Order otherwise known as the prophesied one-world government) believe in an ancient religion that has absolutely nothing to do with the Christian religion you and I know to be true.
• What is the Green Sun?
• This ancient religion is built around the concept of the "Ancient Astronaut Theory," which basically says that "gods" (whether you want to call them "extraterrestrials" and "little green men" is immaterial) were those powerful and enlightened beings who not only visited this planet ages ago, but also those who were responsible for creating life - - creating us -
• We don't have time to get into all the particulars here, but you can easily use Google to do some extensive research as to why the ancient Egyptian pharaohs (and perhaps even the so-called "mythological" gods and goddesses of ancient Greece and Rome) seem to fit the description of these beings.
• and for even ruling over us in ancient Egypt.
• Once you realize that their existence had some basis in fact (as proven through the historical and archaeological records from antiquity) it's not a stretch to say that perhaps there's a spiritual connection at work here. I believe that there is.
• I believe that all of these "gods" and "goddesses" are somehow connected to the Fallen Angels/Nephilim that the Bible speaks of if they're not the Nephilim themselves.
• Now that we've established a bit of a foundation here we also need to realize that these powerful and influential members of the "secret societies" (whether its the Freemasons, Illuminati, Templars, whatever) they have always worshipped a god alright, but theirs is the god of antiquity - - Ra (the sun god), Horus, Osiris - - it doesn't matter because they all represent the SAME thing.
• What do they represent you ask? They are gods from outer space who they believe will return one day to this planet to rule again.
• Yes, I know how it sounds, but this is what they believe! This is why they do what it is that they do!
• Their goal is to honor and pave the way for his arrival, and everything they do is their way of worshipping their god and a way of acting as loyal servants to him.
• If you think this is "crazy" then you better think again! I mean, is it really so hard to believe? Hollywood is overflowing with Scientologists, and it's a "religion" and lifestyle that's becoming all too common these days.
• What do they believe in? Oh, that's right, one oft-discussed aspect of Scientology is its belief that souls ("thetans" or beings from another planet) reincarnate and have lived on other planets before living on Earth.
• According to Scientologist mythology, thetans brought the material universe into being in the primordial past, largely for their own pleasure.
• In fact, former members say that details of this supposed remote extraterrestrial past are not revealed until thousands of dollars have been paid to the Church of Scientology.
• Wow! Does that leave anyone speechless? Even their official logo recalls images of ancient Egypt and the pyramids! See for yourself below:
  
  
• Absolutely no hidden meaning for us to decipher there now is there?
• Now, isn't that odd? The serpent intertwined with the pyramids perhaps?
• It's so incredibly obvious yet people don't want to believe any of this our of denial and fear because of what it implies and means for our future and where we are on God's prophetic timeline.
• Well, I'm sorry, but I can't keep quiet about such things. Not when it's this late in the game and souls are on the line.
• But let's dig a little deeper so that we're all on the same page here.
• What is the "Green Sun" we mentioned earlier and how does it connect to all of this?
• At this point, I will gladly defer to Christopher Knowles who has been following the persistent "Green Sun" theme extensively since it has been showing up in all facets of life whether it pop culture or politics!
• I pray that he doesn't mind my posting all of his hard work here because I think he comes the closest to explaining all of this is such an intellectual and logical way without even realizing it:
  
  
• "Why the Sun, constantly?
• Why is the Sun such a crucial part of the symbolism we see everywhere?
• I can't escape the feeling that there's something going on with these symbols that I can't put my finger on.
• For the past several years that I've been looking into all of this material dealing with the Mysteries and secret societies, I keep coming to the conclusion that the Sun means something different to these people than it means to you or I.
• 
  
  The cultures of Mesoamerica, Mesopotamia and Egypt all raise the sun gods to positions of utmost importance and many of them credit these gods with bringing the arts of civilization to them.
• Why the Sun? I can't imagine that these peoples would be overly fond of the Sun, which is at its fiercest intensity in these areas.
• In contrast, the sun gods of the Greco-Roman and Nordic pantheons are certainly important figures but subordinate to the father gods like Jupiter or Wotan.
• Sol wouldn't rule Rome until the Severan families took control of the Empire and installed their Syrian sun god as supreme diety.
  
• And yet it's the same people who raised the Sun god to the top of their pantheons who seem to be the ones most responsible for the architectural and scientific knowledge whose origin still baffles people who don't subscribe to Ancient Astronaut theory.
• We need look no further than the Shemsu Hor, the Solar priests of Heliopolis who wanted to follow Osiris back to the constellation of Orion and return to the time when the gods walked the Earth.
  
  
• I realize it sounds kind of loopy, but could the Sun the secret societies are actually referring to be a different sun?
• Could that fact account for this nearly universal symbolism we see today that seems entirely divorced from any real definition of nature worship or animism, rather which seems to fetishize technology and the domination of nature to the point of actually escaping this biosphere and ultimately, this Solar System?
• 
  
  Again, are we looking at occultists, or Illuminists or Freemasons or any other such hobbyists?
• I don't think so. I think the real secret societies - - the ones pulling the strings of those front groups - - have an entirely different understanding of the world and an entirely different body of knowledge at their disposal.
• It's the only way I can explain how this symbolism is so prevalent and so international.
• I really don't think these guys are sitting around reading each other's Tarot cards or doing Enochian magic. The more I dig into this field of inquiry the more I begin to speculate that there's a much more compelling understanding of reality at work.
  
  
• The Sun shines on everyone- the entire world- without discrimination. Now ask yourself - - why would an self-selecting elite want to worship that?
• If, as many people have theorized, there's a belief among some of the secret societies that mankind's origins can be traced to another solar system, wouldn't it actually be that sun that is the real object of their adoration?
• If there is a belief among these people that the extraterrestrial genetic engineers are returning in 2012 to review the results of their experiment, wouldn't that account for all the rising sun imagery we see everywhere?
  
  
• Whatever the case, this certainly makes the understanding of the symbolism we are bombarded with on a daily basis all the more compelling. It also raises extremely troubling questions about the use of this symbolism in today's Christian churches, a topic I will return to in the near future.
• I just found this book cover online, apparently published by the Jehovah's Witnesses sometime in the 1920s...

• It turns out that Ra (the sun god) might be even more unusual than we've previously assumed.
• Consider further the motion of the celestial object called Ra.
• In a statement found in one of the Coffin Texts, the deity is addressed with these words: 'You shall go up upon the great West side of the sky and go down upon the great East side of the earth.' Is not this contrary to what the present Sun does? Does the Sun today 'go up' in the west? Does it 'go down' in the east? Nor is this particular Coffin Text the only one in which the motion of Ra is in reverse to that of the present Sun.
  
  
• More than that, when sailing in his boat, Ra is said to move down at dawn and 'upstream' at night, which is again contrary to what we see the Sun doing in our sky at present.
• One does not have to be an astronomer to realize that a celestial body described as being green, shedding a green light, shining at night, encircled in a ring or series of rings, 'going up' in the west at night and 'going down in the east' at dawn cannot have been the Sun.
• Mythologists, who usually gloss over these characteristics when they do not ignore them altogether, owe us an apology for having presented Ra as the Sun and Sun-god of ancient Egypt.
• Other attributes of the Egyptian Ra also contradict identification with our present Sun, but the above should suffice to make the point.
• The question, of course, is: If not the Sun, what could the celestial object that the ancient Egyptians venerated as Ra have been?
  
  Um, how about the alien sun from where these god-beings came?
• There may in fact be a secret sun hiding behind all of the Mysteries and Masonry and all the rest of it. Now, I'm not necessarily saying such a thing exists, I'm saying the symbols seem to be pointing to a belief in such a thing.
• And it would be a secret because it's where the gods came from.
• This whole bit with Ra and his green sun that we looked at the other day has opened up a major can of worms in my already-overcrowded brain. It fills in a lot of gaps in this ongoing mystery story.
• And on Saturday, I suddenly realized it ties right into Exhibit A of the Masonic character of our ruling class, which even schoolchildren know about today...
• To recap, another blogger delved into some Egyptian texts and realized that Ra's sun is green, ringed, and travels from west to east every day.
• The ringed bit caused some readers to assume this may be Saturn, which is a fair guess. But this is a sun we're talking about, and Saturn has different correspondences altogether.
• The Egyptians probably also knew about about 'sundogs,' or parhelions, since they are a rare but not unknown occurrence,
• The description of a green sun with a series of rings might be complete fabrication, of course. If in fact they describe Saturn, we're up against a mystery once again, since history tells us Saturn's rings weren't discovered until 1610.
• We have no record of telescopes being used by the Egyptians and yet we have a heavenly body surrounded by rings described in Egyptian myth.
• I know this is impossible and everything, but what the green sun and the rings might describe are the atmospheric conditions on an alien planet, which cause the Sun to appear green and ringed.
  
  
• Horus and Ra are often syncretized, but in fact are two separate entities in mythology.
• Horus was said to be an earthly king who instituted the dynasty of the Horus Kings as well as being a Helios-type solar embodiment.
• Above we see Horus with his father Osiris, whom we'll look at in a moment. Horus is obviously a young man, dressed in the garb of an Egyptian warrior.
• 
  Above is Ra: also hawk-headed and wearing the Sun Disk, but an obviously older and more august figure.
• Noticed the checked pattern of his tunic as well as the black and white design on his chest-piece. Remind you of anything?
• Now, we know that Ra is not on Earth- he returned to his home in space where he looks over the Netjer.
• Of all the gods, only Ra and Osiris are in 'The Heavens,' meaning outer space. And we know now that Ra symbolizes the green sun...
• So why green? We see green today as representing the Earth; why would it be associated with the two heavenly figures in Egyptian mythology? Note the candy cane crook, as well as that alternating dark-light block pattern again.
• 
  
  ..and Osiris himself has green skin.
• Why would this important symbol - - which symbolizes monarchy - - represent two different characters? Maybe there's been a long-standing misinterpretation - - there are two different udjats representing two different suns. One is our yellow sun, and the other is, of course...

  Ra is also symbolized by the Udjat, the 'All-Seeing Eye,' as is Horus.
• Which poses a question: is this the Eye of Horus or the Eye of Ra?
• ...Green. There's your green sun, right there on the back of the dollar bill!
• The phrase Novus Ordo Seclorum, which made the news again when Nancy Pelosi was sworn in as Speaker of the House, might be interpreted to argue in favor of Horus.
• It comes from The Aeneid, written by the Roman poet Virgil: 'The last prophecy has come to the Cumaean Sibyl; a brand new great order of the ages is born; for now the Virgin and the age of Saturn have returned; now a new Child has been sent from the heavens.'
• But the seal is a jumble in some ways - - we have the invocation to Horus, son of the Virgin and Saturn (Osiris), but Annuit Coeptis comes from an invocation to Jupiter. But Jupiter was also identified with Amun, who also later came to be identified with Ra (as Amen Ra)
• I do think this Eye is Ra, since the headline there has the Jupiter bit, and the announcement of the 'coming child' is addressed by the reverse of the seal...
  
  
• ...this is Horus, the war bird.
• Note the arrows are in the left hand, which reminds us of the 'left hand path' and Crowley's conquering Horus of The Book of the Law.
• We see the same identification of the eagle with Horus (through 17) on the golden dollar.
• Now remind yourself again we're talking about the Great Seal of the United States, which we are supposed to believe was founded as a 'Christian' nation.
• It doesn't matter what nonsense your history teacher sold you, these symbols are not vague and amorphous civic niceties, they all had very specific meanings and correspondences in the pre-Christian world. This is all sun god stuff we're looking at, there's no question about it. And it's also all colored in green. So why is the dollar green? No one seems to know.
• But the Eye of Ra and all of the rest of Masonic symbolism might be pointing to Ra and his green sun. In a purely mythological fashion, of course.
• But it begs the question: what is the real lost secret of Freemasonry?"
• Whew! Wasn't that simplt breath-taking!?! Mr. Knowles might be an atheist/agnostic (I'm not sure), but he really has no idea how close he is to helping to give us the "missing pieces" we needed to understand how these end times Biblical prophecies are about to unfold.
• And if you think Part 1 was something just wait until you see what I found!
• Do I think we are heading towards some disclosure event? Yes, I do.
• More importantly, I foresee a full disclosure event (whether introduced to the masses as being "peaceful" or "hostile") as playing directly into the hands and plans of the prophesied Antichrist.
• But those of you who read last week's column "Transform Your Mind: The Sky Is Falling?" as well as last year's "The Great Deception" series already know that.
• What I see is a process where this kind of information and conditioning will simply become more and more a part of the media "white noise" until it becomes a fait accompli. And then everyone will act like they all knew it all along.

    I haven't had time to read pt. 2+3 yet but I couldn't help but think that the Time Of The Gods would have been preflood and if the canopy theory is correct that may explain the green color of the Sun and ring also. There are also theory's about near pass byes of mars having been the mechanism God used for the flood which could have done no telling what to Earth's rotation or pole positions. Also last week I saw the best meteor I've ever seen, it was very green

• The past 2 weeks (especially the past few days) have made me feel a SEVERELY HEIGHTENED sense of awareness as I seem to be picking up on things and "spotting trends" (common threads) everywhere I look! Furthermore, I feel compelled to write about all of them as NEVER BEFORE in my entire life!
  
• I just want to make sure I'm not losing it and that others are seeing the same things that I am because this is all becoming too uncanny, and almost like it's straight out of a Science Fiction movie or something.
• Hopefully, Part 1 regarding the "Green Sun" has put you on the same path that I'm on at the moment.
  
  
• You've no doubt read the articles published last week - - articles that included everything from the push for a New World Order (prophesied one-world government), the Crash of Flight 3407 (and all the unusual oddities; please go back because I've added updates to that story), what appears to be the NWO's future headquarters in Denver, CO, and the strange coincidences between prophecy and what's currently taking place in the skies above.
• Well, I just came across something else in recent days that threw me deep down the rabbit hole and completely blew me away just when I thought nothing could surprise me after the week I've had.
• I see what I found as being a DIRECT LINK to what I wrote about concerning the unexplained lights in the sky, earthquakes, and falling objects in the state of New Jersey. I'm just not sure how it all fits together.

  "New Jersey's state seal was designed by Pierre Eugene du Simitiere and presented in May of 1777.
• There are several state symbols included in the seal. The horse head stands for speed and strength, and is the state animal. The helmet of a knight's suit of armor faces forward representing sovereignty for a state that governs itself. Below the helmet is a shield with three plows on it. The plows show the importance of agriculture to the state's economic power. The female figures pictured in the state seal are Liberty on the left, carrying the liberty cap on her staff. The liberty cap was worn as a symbol of rebellion by patriots in the colonies. Ceres, the Roman goddess of grain is on the right. She holds a cornucopia filled with harvested produce, symbolizing abundance. Below it all is a banner with the state's motto, 'Liberty and Prosperity.'"
• Don't ask me what in the world made me think to look at the State Seal after documenting these reports from New Jersey because I haven't the slightest idea!
• Ok, follow me for a minute here. It's important to take into account EVERYTHING presented in this forum over the last week. Now that it's all fresh in your mind, please tell me if it's a stretch for me to see any connection whatsoever between the following items because I began to see a common thread.
• In the end, these unprecedented events seem to correlate not only with what the New World Order propagandists believe, but also what we get from the prophecies found in Daniel, Zechariah, and Revelation.
  
• We've already documented on numerous occasions in the past that the New World Order (NWO) proponents like to communicate through an attempt to re-enact ancient rituals and symbols in real world situations, believing that they unlock certain supernatural, dark, and powerful forces for them to employ to advance their goals.
• Their worship of the the ancient gods, sun, planets, and numbers is evident.
• Also, many of the "unexplained" aerial phenomenon taking place seem to be fixated in (or perhaps over is more appropriate) the state of NJ. What does that tell us, if anything, about what might be in play here?
  
  
• Here's how my thought process developed (please bear with me because it does go somewhere):
• Again, it all seems to begin and end with Ceres somehow.
• * Ceres was beloved for her service to mankind in giving them the gift of the harvest, the reward for cultivation of the soil.
• Also known as the Greek goddess Demeter, Ceres was the goddess of the harvest and was credited with teaching humans how to grow, preserve, and prepare grain and corn. She was thought to be responsible for the fertility of the land.
• * Ceres was the only one of the gods who was involved on a day-to-day basis in the lives of the common folk. While others occasionally "dabbled" in human affairs when it suited their personal interests, or came to the aid of "special" mortals they favored, the goddess Ceres was truly the nurturer of mankind.
• That sounds very similar to what some of these New Agers who claim to be in contact with extraterrestrials claim these beings say they've always done here on Earth for us.
  
• * Ceres was worshipped at her temple on the Aventine Hill, one of the Seven Hills of ancient Rome. Anyone else recalling the revived Roman empire of the end times?
• Another special time for Ceres was Ambarvalia, a Roman agricultural fertility rite held at the end of May.
  
• Her festival, the Cerealia, was celebrated on April 19.
• * The Romans explained the turning of the seasons with the following story: Ceres was the sister of Jupiter, and Proserpine was their daughter. Proserpine was kidnapped by Pluto (Hades), god of the underworld, to be his bride. By the time Ceres followed her daughter, she was gone into the earth.
• Making matters worse, Ceres learned that Pluto had been given Jupiter's approval to be the husband of his daughter. Ceres was so angry that she went to live in the world of men, disguised as an old woman, and stopped all the plants and crops from growing, causing a famine.
• Jupiter and the other gods tried to get her to change her mind but she was adamant. Jupiter eventually realized that he had to get Proserpine back from the underworld, and sent for her.
• Unfortunately, Pluto secretly gave her food before she left, and once one had eaten in the underworld one could not forever leave.
• Proserpine was therefore forced to return to the underworld for four months every year. She comes out in spring and spends the time until autumn with Ceres, but has to go back to the underworld in the winter.
• Her parting from Ceres every fall is why plants lose their leaves, seeds lie dormant under the ground, and nothing grows until spring when Proserpine is reunited with her mother.
• * Part 1 discussed the "Ancient Astronaut Theory" and how it connects to Scientology. Did you know that the first Scientology church was established in New Jersey in December 1953?
• * Did you know that the most recent "War of the Worlds" film by Steven Spielberg (starring the most notable Scientologist Tom Cruise himself) takes place in New Jersey? What are the odds given what we just looked at last week in the "Transform Your Mind: The Sky Is Falling!" column!?!
• 
  * The Four Horsemen kick-off the Tribulation, and they are the first four of the Seven Seals.
• Interesting then that we find a "horse head" in the NJ State Seal.
• As we'll also see later, could this mean we're really on the cusp of the beginning of the Tribulation just as we've thought all along?
• * "Plows" in State Seal show importance of agriculture, and Ceres is the goddess of grain symbolizing abundance. More on this later too, but I believe there could be a connection to the Global Warming ("Green") movement as well as the "Green Comet" ("green sun" mythology?) that will appear later this evening for the first time ever.
• * Ceres also happens to be the name of a minor planet (1 Ceres) between Jupiter and Mars, which also just happens to be one of the brightest objects in the night sky these days.
• In fact, 1 Ceres will take a unique astronomical alignment this week too.
• Plus, only the those minor planets currently brighter than magnitude 10 are listed. 1 Ceres is one of only 6 in this exclusive category.
  
• * 1 Ceres is the smallest identified "Dwarf Planet" in the solar system and the only one in the asteroid belt. It was discovered on January 1, 1801, by Giuseppe Piazzi, and is named after the Roman goddess Ceres - - the goddess of growing plants, the harvest, and motherly love.
• Ceres is by far the largest and most massive body in the asteroid belt, and contains a third (32%) of the belt's total mass.
• Recent observations have revealed that it is spherical, unlike the irregular shapes of smaller bodies with lower gravity. The surface of Ceres is probably made of a mixture of water ice and various hydrated minerals like carbonates and clays.
• Thus, Ceres appears to be differentiated into a rocky core and ice mantle. It may also harbor an ocean of liquid water underneath its surface, which makes it a potential target in the search for extraterrestrial life.
• Amazing! We just spent a ton of time examining the so-called "Alien/UFO" phenomenon in relation to end times prophecy, and cataloged the many eyewitness reports and news stories about unidentified, strange lights in the sky over New Jersey for weeks that resonate with this entire idea!
• * On September 27, 2007, NASA launched the Dawn space probe to explore Vesta (2011–2012) and Ceres (2015).
• Dawn is innovative in that it will be the first spacecraft to enter into orbit around a celestial body, study it, and then re-embark under powered flight to proceed to a second target.
• All previous multi-target study missions (such as the Voyager program) have involved rapid planetary flybys.
• Hmmm, where have I seen the word "Dawn" come up recently? Ah, yes! It was the UK's "Operation Blackjack" as in "New Dawn" being written on the trucks that carried the nuclear devices used in the future attacks.
• Just a crazy coincidence to all of this I'm sure. I mean, just because NASA chose the word "dawn" out of all the possible words in recorded human history to choose from to go along with its mission to explore for signs of life on 1 Ceres, and just because Ceres seems to be in the news (even if indirectly) a lot these days, that doesn't mean anything, right? It couldn't, right?
  
• * Oh yeah, on board Dawn is a small computer microchip ("The Dawn Microchip") bearing the names of more than 360,000 space enthusiasts.
• The names were submitted online as part of a public outreach effort between September 2005 and November 4, 2006. The microchip (about the size of a nickel) was installed above the forward ion thruster, underneath the spacecraft's High Gain Antenna, on May 17, 2007
• More than one microchip was made, with a back-up copy on display at the 2007 Open House at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.
• Can someone tell me why this is necessary let alone who is named on this chip? Even more bizarre is their "Become A Dawn Young Engineer" program!
  
  
  
• In Greece, she was called Demeter, after the goddess Ceres' Greek equivalent.
• * Ceres was also called Hera for a short time in Germany.
• Ceres' astronomical symbol is a sickle. She also presided over the foremost of the Mystery Cults, which promised its intiates the path to a blessed afterlife. Demeter was depicted as a mature woman, often crowned.
• * Here's what's intriguing about the sickle symbol, her association with harvesting, and an astronomical body being classified as a "dwarf" planet.
• There's one prophetic piece of Scripture in Zechariah that has baffled people. Some have suggested it might be alluding to some kind of spiritual/extraterrestrial beings. I'll reserve providing an interpretation and let you react to it on its own because the connection to this subject is striking.
• Chapter 5 is only 11 verses long, but there could be so much for us here to digest that's important. The following is taken from the Septuagint (oldest version of the Bible):
• Zecharias 5:1-11 - - "And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked and behold a flying sickle. And he said to me, What seest thou? And I said, I see a flying sickle, of the length of twenty cubits, and of the breadth of ten cubits. And he said to me,This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth: for every thief shall be punished with death on this side, and every false swearer shall be punished on that side.
• And I will bring it forth, saith the Lord Almighty, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that swears falsely by my name: and it shall rest in the midst of his house, and shall consume it, and the timber of it, and the stones of it. And the angel that talked with me went forth, and said to me, Lift up thine eyes, and see this that goes forth.
• And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the measure that goes forth. And he said, This is their iniquity in all the earth. And behold a talent of lead lifted up: and behold a woman sat in the midst of the measure.
• And he said, This is iniquity. And he cast it into the midst of the measure, and cast the weight of lead on the mouth of it. And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, two women coming forth, and the wind was in their wings; and they had stork’s wings: and they lifted up the measure between the earth and the sky.
• And I said to the angel that spoke with me, Whither do these carry away the measure? And he said to me, To build it a house in the land of Babylon, and to prepare a place for it; and they shall set it there on its own base."
  
• Why is all of this particularly interesting and relevant? Well, hopefully, it's obvious as it was to me. Just in case it's not I do have more to give you. Oh look, isn't this timely? The Iraqi National Museum has reopened! Take a look...
  
  
• Now take a look at The Babylon Gate at the Kodak Theatre where the Oscars were held just one day before this news item - - note Ashur, similar poses...
  
  
• But there's another new Iraq project with a very interesting name ("The Future of Babylon") in the works, as reported by News Daily.
• It seems there is a large-scale effort underway to rebuild Babylon (from the Akkadian Babilu, meaning "Gateway of the Gods.")
• This syncs quite well with the Atlantis Rising memes (after all, remember how someone using Google Earth just recently discovered Atlantis on the ocean floor?),
• as well as the re-emergence of Amun, as well as with Sunday night's Oscar ceremony. I told you there was too much to handle!
• * Ceres is also the name of an international organization made up of a national network of investors, environmental organizations, and other public interest groups working with companies and investors to address sustainability challenges such as global climate change.
• Check out their website and read about some of the people and companies associated with this "cause" because it's nothing short of unbelievable how this all seems to tie together (at least from my perspective anyway).
• On April 15-16, 2009 they will unveil Ceres 20•20, their bold vision for putting the global economy on a truly sustainable path over the coming decade.
• Hmmm, wasn't April 19th traditionally the day that the ancients celebrated the Cerelia? Yes it was! Her primary festival was the Cerealia or Ludi Ceriales ("games of Ceres"), instituted in the 3rd century BC and held annually on April 12 to April 19.
• The worship of Ceres became particularly associated with the plebeian classes, who dominated the corn trade.
• Little is known about the rituals of Cerelean worship; one of the few customs which has been recorded was the peculiar practice of tying lighted brands to the tails of foxes which were then let loose in the Circus Maximus.

• Their energy crops can provide more fuel, new opportunities for farmers and a cleaner environment for us all they say. Because together we can share the world as one.
• * Well, no sooner did I begin working on this cosmic-themed entry than did the D.C. police announce a suspect in the 2001 slaying of Congressional intern Chandra Levy, who had a relationship with U.S. Representative Gary Condit of Ceres, CA.
• Again,Ceres is the Roman name of Demeter, the goddess of agriculture whose daughter was taken to the Underworld. Unbelievable!
• * Michelle Obama spoke recently before the Dept. of Agriculture, urging the spread of community gardens and offering a magnolia tree sprout to employees. Interesting timing in light of all the Ceres news.
  
• * And wouldn't you just know it, there's a Magnolia FA&AM Lodge in Washington D.C.
• * Lastly, Chandra is the name of the Hindu moon goddess and also the name of the X-Ray telescope at Harvard University, Masonic stronghold and Barack Obama's alma mater.
  

  • And if I may be allowed to add: Princess Diana, who many believe was murdered/sacrificed by some nefarious powers in the UK...her name too is of the ancient Roman moon goddess...known in the Greek world as "Artemis."

• Do you see what I mean? Am I crazy or is there something - - anything - - to all of this? Is it just a case of having too much time on my hands? Please tell me I'm not alone in spotting these threads.
• At this point, I wasn't quite sure how this all fit together coherently. What I did know was that CERES kept showing up everywhere I looked and in connection to these strange events. It was like a neon sign flashing in the night and calling me to look.
• Here's the point: We seem to be seeing a consistent pattern emerge, and it's one that contains the story of us somehow having our ancestral roots in the stars, of us finally being told this, and of us moving forward in this life and world as one single body/community with this newfound common heritage.
• At least that's how it looks like it will be presented to us in the very near future -
• what we knew to be "true" as presented to us through religion is false; our "god" is actually an extraterrestrial who tinkered with our DNA long ago; they are here to enlighten us/help us move to a higher plane/save us. Fitting too since 2009 is the International Year of Astronomy.

  Wouldn't that just fit so perfectly with what we've suggested could be the role that the so-called "Alien/UFO" phenomenon will play at the direction of Satan as he positions the Antichrist and orchestrates his rise to power on the world stage?

• In Part 1 we looked at the ancient gods' "Green Sun" motif that the so-called "secret societies" seem to be worshipping and/or expecting to return given what they believe. In Part 2 we introduced the eerie phenomenon of Ceres popping up everywhere and considered the relevance.
• This is Part 3.
• CERES OF EVENTS - PART 3: IS THIS THEIR ANCIENT RELIGION?
• Yes, we've touched upon some VERY HEAVY ideas today in this series. I'm afraid I'm not ready for us to take a break from it all just yet. Not when you realize what it is that we might actually be witnessing unfold.
• The Eleusinian Mysteries were initiation ceremonies held every year for the cult of Demeter (also known as Ceres) and Persephone based at Eleusis in ancient Greece.
• Of all the mysteries celebrated in ancient times, these were held to be the ones of greatest importance.
• These myths and mysteries, begun in the Mycenean period (c. 1600BC) and lasting two thousand years, were a major festival during the Hellenic era, later spreading to Rome.
• The name of the town, Eleusís, is a variant of the noun, éleusis, arrival.
• The rites, ceremonies, and beliefs were kept secret, as initiation was believed to unite the worshipper with the gods and included promises of divine power and rewards in the afterlife.
• The Eleusinian Mysteries are believed to have begun about 1600 BC, during the Mycenean Age.
• One line of thought by modern scholars has been that these Mysteries were intended "to elevate man above the human sphere into the divine and to assure his redemption by making him a god and so conferring immortality upon him."
• The lesser mysteries were probably held every year; the greater mysteries only every five years. This cycle continued for about two millennia.
• Under Pisistratus of Athens, the Eleusinian Mysteries became pan-Hellenic and pilgrims flocked from Greece and beyond to participate.
• Around 300 BC, the state took over control of the Mysteries; they were specifically controlled by two families, the Eumolpidae and the Kerykes.
• This led to a vast increase in the number of initiates. The only requirements for membership were a lack of "blood guilt", meaning having never committed murder, and not being a "barbarian" (unable to speak Greek).
• Men, women and even slaves were allowed initiation.
  
  
• The outline below is only a capsule summary; much of the concrete information about the Eleusinian Mysteries was never written down.
• For example, only initiates knew what the kiste, a sacred chest, and the kalathos, a lidded basket, contained.
• The contents, like so much about the Mysteries, are unknown.
• However, one researcher writes that this Cista ("kiste") contained a golden mystical serpent, egg, a phallus and possibly also seeds sacred to Demeter.
• There were two Eleusinian Mysteries, the Greater and the Lesser.
• According to Thomas Taylor, "the dramatic shows of the Lesser Mysteries occultly signified the miseries of the soul while in subjection to the body, so those of the Greater obscurely intimated, by mystic and splendid visions, the felicity of the soul both here and hereafter, when purified from the defilements of a material nature and constantly elevated to the realities of intellectual [spiritual] vision."
• And that according to Plato, "the ultimate design of the Mysteries...was to lead us back to the principles from which we descended,...a perfect enjoyment of intellectual (spiritual) good."
• The Lesser Mysteries were held in Anthesterion (March) but the exact time was not always fixed and changed occasionally, unlike the Greater Mysteries.
• The priests purified the candidates for initiation (myesis). They first sacrificed a pig to Demeter then purified themselves.
  
• The Greater Mysteries took place in Boedromion (the first month of the Attic calendar, falling in late Summer) and lasted ten days.
• Those who had been initiated were forbidden ever to speak of the events that took place during certain parts of the initiation. The penalty was death.
• The ban on divulging the core ritual of the Mysteries was thus absolute, which is probably why we know almost nothing about what transpired there.
• What we do know is that the first act of the Greater Mysteries was the bringing of the sacred objects from Eleusis to the Eleusinion, a temple at the base of the Acropolis.
• Then the hierophants (priests or "those who show the sacred ones") declared prorrhesis, the start of the rites, and carried out the "Hither the victims" sacrifice (hiereía deúro).
• The "Seawards initiates" (halade mystai) was next with the celebrants washing themselves in the sea at Phaleron.
• After that, the participants began the Epidauria, a festival for Asklepios named after his main sanctuary at Epidauros.
• This "festival within a festival" celebrated the hero's arrival at Athens with his daughter Hygieia, and consisted of a procession leading to the Eleusinion, during which the mystai apparently stayed at home, a great sacrifice, and an all-night feast (pannykhís).
• The procession to Eleusis began at Kerameikos (the Athenian cemetery) from where the people walked to Eleusis, along what was called the "Sacred Way," swinging branches called bacchoi.
• At a certain spot along the way, they shouted obscenities in commemoration of Iambe (or Baubo), an old woman who, by cracking dirty jokes, had made Demeter smile as she mourned the loss of her daughter.
• The procession also shouted "Íakch', O Íakche!" referring to Iacchus, possibly an epithet for Dionysus, or a separate deity, son of Persephone or Demeter.
• Upon reaching Eleusis, there was a day of fasting in commemoration of Demeter's fasting while searching for Persephone.
• The fast was broken while drinking a special drink of barley and pennyroyal, called kykeon.
• Then the initiates entered a great hall called Telesterion; in the center stood the Anaktoron ("palace"), which only the hierophantes could enter, where sacred objects were stored.
• Here, in the Telesterion, the initiates were shown the sacred relics of Demeter. This was the most secretive part of the Mysteries.
• Some hold that the priests were the ones to reveal the visions of the holy night, consisting of a fire that represented the possibility of life after death, and various sacred objects.
• As to the climax of the Mysteries, there are two modern theories.
• Others hold this explanation to be insufficient to account for the power and longevity of the Mysteries, and that the experiences must have been internal and mediated by a powerful psychoactive ingredient contained in the kykeon drink.
  
• Following this section of the Mysteries was the Pannychis, an all-night feast accompanied by dancing and merriment. The dances took place in the Rharian Field, rumored to be the first spot where grain grew.
• A bull sacrifice also took place late that night or early the next morning.
• That day, the initiates honored the dead by pouring libations from special vessels.
• The Mysteries ended the next day and everyone returned home.
• Allow me to jump right in. Is this (together with what we saw in Part 1) in any way related to the Mystery Religion ("Mystery Babylon") of the so-called "secret societies" trying to advance their New World Order agenda on us all?
• I mean, we already know that they believe in the power of rituals and symbols and that the re-enactment of such can unlock a dark, hidden power (much too similar to last week's episode of the hit TV series "Lost" where it was explained that this is how the Oceanic Six could return to the island!).
• Remember that part about "a bull sacrifice taking place late that night or early the next morning" towards the end of this mega-ritual?
• Well, how ironic is it then that TODAY we read the headline "NASA Satellite Crashes Back To Earth" when the rocket - - Taurus XL (Taurus = Bull) - - carrying NASA's Orbiting Carbon Observatory (OCO) suffered a technical glitch early this morning at 4:55am PST, that caused the satellite to crash into the ocean near Antarctica?
  
  
• I mean, really, come on! What are the odds of all of this!?!
• Plus, the odds that the observatory was meant to orbit Earth and monitor global carbon dioxide emissions, and that data from the satellite would have helped researchers better understand distribution of the greenhouse gas, possibly improving climate models and our understanding of global warming (there's that whole "green" theme and "save the planet" theme, which Ceres - - the goddess of the planet earth - - would definitely approve of) is ridiculously astronomical (pun intended)!!! So, perhaps that was their "sacrifice" of "the bull," huh?
• But there's one other crazy coincidence that bears mentioning. Triptolemus (Greek: "threefold warrior"; also known as Buzyges), in Greek mythology is always connected with Demeter (Ceres) of the Eleusinian Mysteries, and he was "primordial man.
• Check this out! While Demeter was searching for her daughter, having taken the form of an old woman called Doso, she received a hospitable welcome from Celeus.
• He asked her to nurse Demophon - - "killer of men," a counterpart to Triptolemus - - and Triptolemus, his sons by Metanira.
• As a gift to Celeus, because of his hospitality, Demeter planned to make Demophon immortal by burning away his mortal spirit in the family hearth every night.
• She was unable to complete the ritual because Metanira walked in on her one night.
• Instead, Demeter chose to teach Triptolemus the art of agriculture and, from him, the rest of Greece learned to plant and reap crops.
• He flew across the land on a winged chariot while Demeter and Persephone cared for him, and helped him complete his mission of educating the whole of Greece in the art of agriculture.
  
  

  • SEE: the many legends scattered about the world of a great "teacher/mentor" of divine or semi-divine nature who instructs mankind in agriculture...and very many times in religion also, as well as the sciences and arts. The pre-Columbian native Americans had Viracocha; Quezlecoatl (sic) and Votan; the Babylonians/Sumerians Ourannos, etc..etc...Even Osiris is said by the Egyptians to have made long journeys about the world, teaching the men agriculture and other civilized pursuits.

• Now, while we looked at Zecharias Chapter 5 in Part 2, let's take a look at the very next chapter...
• Zecharias 6:1-8 - - "And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, four chariots coming out from between two mountains; and the mountains were brazen mountains. In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot piebald and ash-coloured horses. And I answered and said to the angel that talked with me, What are these, my Lord? And the angel that talked with me answered and said, These are the four winds of heaven, and they are going forth to stand before the Lord of all the earth. As for the chariot in which were the black horses, they went out to the land of the north; and the white went out after them; and the piebald went out to the land of the south. And the ash-coloured went out, and looked to go and compass the earth: and he said, Go, and compass the earth.
• And they compassed the earth. And he cried out and spoke to me, saying, Behold, these go out to the land of the north, and they have quieted mine anger in the land of the north."
• My dear friends, the implications in all of this are absolutely staggering!
• Break down this section of Scripture with me because from what I found in my research of what others have said, this could be HUGE, and a sign from God to His people here on Earth to GET READY!
  
  
• "Four chariots were coming from between two mountains..."
• Since the original text says the two mountains, most assume they are the Mount of Olives and Mount Zion. Mountains of bronze associates these mountains with strength and judgment.
• "Four chariots...red horses...black horses...whites horses...dappled horses; strong steeds" The horsemen of Zechariah 1 were observers on reconnaissance.
• These four chariots and their horses seem to be hostile agents of God’s judgment, emissaries of His war against the earth.
• Some want to identify these four chariots with Daniel’s four world empires (Daniel 2 and Daniel 7), but the colors essentially are the same as the Four Horsemen in Revelation 6, the emissaries of God’s judgment!
• Some connect these with the angelic messengers of judgment in Revelation 7:1-3. “In the usual Scriptural symbolism red speaks of war, black of famine and death, white of victory, and grizzled of pestilence (Ezekiel 14:21, Revelation 6:18).” (Luck)
• "Four spirits of heaven..." This means that these four chariots are actually four angelic beings sent from God.
• This means that these may not be exactly the same as the Four Horsemen of Revelation 6, but that the idea of their mission and purpose is similar.
• John Calvin said that these angels are compared to horsemen on chariots because “these ride swiftly as it were through the whole world to execute what God commands them.”
• If Zechariah had the technology of today he might picture the angels in fast cars or fighter jets, showing how swiftly and powerfully they move across the earth to accomplish God’s purpose.
• "To the north country..." Two of the horses are focused on the north, where Babylon and Magog are! Nevertheless, each of the four extends to and fro throughout the earth.
• Friends, I keep saying that I know that something is up even though I can't quite bring it our into clear focus.

• Ceres-ly? (Ceres Of Events Revisited)

• A few weeks ago, I wrote some articles called "Ceres Of Events" that documented the strange manner in which Ceres kept showing up in connection to some bizarre and unexplained (prophetic?) news happening not just here in the U.S., but worldwide.
• It wasn't until this past week when I was drawn to revisit this subject in an attempt to decipher it's true prophetic significance (if any) in light of some new discoveries.
• Specifically, I came across another person's (Todd Campbell of Through The Looking Glass) previous attempt to "decode" the Ceres pattern that seems to lead up to the ominous temporal marker of April 12th -April 20th each and every year.
• Many of you have seen the chilling warning for America posted on Steve Quayle's website called "The Watchmen, 911 And The Harbingers" by Sue Bradley.
• Those of you with god-given spiritual discernment and wisdom know what God's trying to warn us about through that piece and the information included within it.
• As if that weren't enough to indicate to us that our time here is gravely short, Quayle also posted a link to another prophetic piece, which I'm afraid is no longer up on his website.
• I'll reference it later and provide you with its content, but suffice it to say that it too points to an imminent event that has the potential to push the world into complete chaos if not simply continue this ominous pattern.
• Why is it important for us students of Bible prophecy to understand the stories of the Egyptian/Greek/Roman gods and goddesses?
• Because like we've indicated on many occasions in the past, these are the very beings and dark forces that Satan established as counterfeits to Christ Jesus.

  • Counterfeit gods...actually as St Paul says, they are demons.
• More importantly, they're the same beings that the dark forces controlling this world honor and worship.
• THE CERES DEATH RITUAL
• First, let's set the stage by recalling what we already know about Ceres (a.k.a. Demeter/Isis):
• "Where the girl was [Persephone who had been abducted by Haides] she [Demeter] knew not, but reproached the whole wide world - ungrateful, not deserving her gift of grain - and Trinacria (Sicily) in chief where she had found the traces of her loss.
• So there with angry hands she broke the ploughs that turned the soil and sent to death alike the farmer and his labouring ox, and bade the fields betray their trust, and spoilt the seeds. False lay the island’s famed fertility, famous through all the world.
• The young crops died in the first blade, destroyed now by the rain too violent, now by the sun too strong.
• The stars and the winds assailed them; hungry birds gobbled the scattered seeds; thistles and twitch, unconquerable twitch, wore down the wheat ...O thou, divine...Mother of crops and harvest." Ovid, Metamorphoses 5.475
  
  
• Why does mid-April always seem to be the cruelest time of year here in the United States?
• If you listen to the media, it would seem that a random assortment of misfits copycat one another every few years or so, in an act of selfish glory.
• After the dust has settled, and the carrion have picked the carcasses of these tragic stories clean, do we ever gain any real insights? We’ve been given a multitude of possible triggers to explain these bloodbaths ranging from religious wackos, anti-government sentiments, white power organizations, lack of gun control, violent video games and movies, as well as neo-Nazis celebrating the birthday of Adolph Hitler.
• Do these “official” stories ever tell us anything useful, and for all the time spent covering these events, have the so-called "experts" learned anything (or do they already know, and don’t care to intervene as has been claimed by many)?
• Is it a way to disarm and marginalize those who oppose or question the elite?
• Perhaps it’s even a massive cover-up to cloud the waters of a far more sinister agenda.
• Or, is it a cosmic drama being played out by a vengeful Goddess?
• The fundamental connection between Waco, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Columbine in Denver, CO, and Blacksburg, VA appears to be the time of year in which they have taken place.

• Why this particular week in mid-April?
• What I started to see, set off a chain of connections that has continued to expand with each year that passes.
• The dates April 16th-21st correspond with a week long Roman celebration to the Goddess Ceres (Demeter/Isis).
• This spring festival took place from roughly April 12-19th (The 19th being known as the “Cerealia”).
• Ceres “The Mother Goddess” is perhaps best known as the mother of Persephone. The goddess of crops, plants, and fertility, but mainly wheat and corn. It is from her name that our modern “cereal” is derived.
• In the tarot, Ceres is “The Empress” and thus connected to Venus, for the purposes of this investigation I will primarily focus on her importance to the natural world of agriculture and animals.
• However, this rabbit hole is deep, and there will be occasion to invoke other aspects of Ceres.
• We actually know little about the Cerealia (there is an Autumnal festival to her as well), but what we do know I will wait and get into later for reasons which will become clear then.
• It is also important to note that the Eleusinian Mysteries are also directly related to Ceres (and although I will not go into them here, you can read about it all in that original series I referenced earlier).
• By looking at the story of Persephone, we gain a central portrait of Ceres as the grieving mother, hell bent on the return of her child.
• In her October 11th, 2006 article entitled “The Archetype of Ceres Part 1” Lynn Hayes from Astrological Musings gives us an insightful account of the goddess.
• I will refer to Lynn’s exceptional musings on Ceres throughout only because she seems to be well versed, and writing vigorously about this topic herself.
• Lynn also writes in great detail about the dwarf planet Ceres, and the astrological/planetary associations to the goddess Ceres.
• A key aspect to our common understanding of all of this is for us to consider her dual nature.
• Hayes writes:
  
  "Ceres, the mother and provider is both heartbroken and angered by the loss of her child in the Persephone story.
• The duel nature of Ceres shows us what she is capable of...Like all divine personages of the Greek and Roman pantheon, Ceres has a dual nature.
• We see children at the forefront of all of these events.
• She is the 'greatest cause of joy' in the giving of the grain, but can also cause deprivation, starvation and hunger. Her wrath was legendary: after the abduction of her daughter, she turned the attending handmaidens into the bird-shaped Sirens.
• She was the goddess of more than grain; she presided over fruits, seeds and most vegetables as well. Because agriculture formed the wealth of the society, she is also associated with abundance and the gifts of the gods.
• When a villager did not offer her hospitality during her visit to the town, she burned down his house with him in it. Those who did welcome her into their home received abundant gifts."
• This duel nature of Ceres is at the heart of our story, as we shall see. There are no less than 10 stories that document the wrath of Ceres (Demeter).
  
  
• Could it be that what we are experiencing is the wrath of Ceres? Or are the global elite using Ceres (because they believe that by honoring her through real-world rituals they can somehow release a dark power that can be wielded to suit their own purposes) to unleash it’s own wrath upon us, the people of the Earth?
• CERES OF EVENTS - PART 4: COMET LULIN AND PROPHECY IN THE HOLY BIBLE
• What I discovered next was that there are some 15 towns and cities across the globe with the name Ceres.
• The most striking of these was Ceres, VA and Ceres, OK. Both located less than 100 miles from (yup, you guessed it) Blacksburg and Oklahoma City.
• It's important to always keep an eye on the heavenly bodies. Whenever we experience astronomical "firsts" our natural reaction is to try to place them within the context of Biblical prophecy as we should.
• Other global locations include: Argentina, Cuba, France, Brazil, Scotland, Australia, Mexico, Italy, and South Africa.
• The remainder are all located in the United States in Iowa, New York, Washington, and a VERY interesting Ceres in California (Gary Condit of the entire Chandra Levy tragedy - - which coincidentally or not was a HUGE story just before 9/11 happened -
• We begin to try and decipher whether or not these cosmic events can tell us anything about where we are on God's prophetic timeline.
• - was a U.S. Congressman from Ceres, CA!). It comes as no surprise that farming and agriculture are central to all of these locations.
• What is going to happen (if anything) and should we be concerned given what we know from the Book of Revelation as well as the Book of Daniel and the Book of Zechariah? In other words, what is the significance of tonight's show?
  
  
• Did you know that tonight will be one of those moments?
• nterestingly enough, there are even state icons that include or represent some version of Ceres (or Demeter or Isis).
• New Jersey's State Seal and New York's Statue of Liberty come to mind. These states are not alone in presenting great goddesses on a State Seal.
• During and just after the American Revolution, almost half of the 13 colonies that became states honored the great goddesses of their sovereignty and hopes by depicting them, or their symbols, on their State Seals and State Flags.
• Americans of the Revolutionary and post-Revolutionary eras embraced a secular view of ancient gods and goddesses, particularly those prevalent in ancient Greece and Rome. Though seen in secular ways, these great Goddesses, and the powers and values they embody, are woven into many of the deepest aspects of life in the United States.
• Virginia (The Virgin) in particular seems to hold Ceres in fairly high regard as she is pictured on the reverse of the State Seal (along side Libertas and Aeternitas) in a triple representation of the goddess (see the image below).
  
  
• My first inclination out of pure habit was a well-known passage of Scripture from the Book of Revelation...
  
  Revelation 8:10-11 - - "And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter."
• So, I decided it would be wise to revisit this prophecy found in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 8) concerning a "star" God calls "Wormwood" because something's definitely going on in the heavens above at this moment.
• Obviously, this goddess has influenced (continues to influence) our nation to this very day.
• In fact, there's an astral body called Comet Lulin that is going to make her first appearance to our inner solar system - - ever - - this evening! And that type of news is appropriate too because we're also told...
  
• I'm jumping the gun a bit, but let's approach this from another intriguing angle.
• So, what might we expect from this coming mid-April 2009?
• Luke 21:25 - - "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;"
  
• MORE UNSETTLING FACTS; AND IS THERE A BIBLICAL CONNECTION?
• What really got me thinking about all of this (aside from the fact that daily news reports from last week seem to indicate something is cosmically wrong) was an email I received from a Sister in Christ. Here's what she wrote (I have her permission to share this with all of you):
• Having made a connection between the goddess Ceres, her April festival, and locations of interest bearing her name (with more to follow), we must now turn our attention to the astrological symbol of the dwarf-planet that is also under her sphere of influence.
• The broken symbol of Venus, chosen for it's sickle-like appearance, it is used to represent Ceres:
  
  
• "Attached is some info on Wormwood I thought you may like to have. You might say I have a 'connection' to Wormwood. I have never shared this with any one. But I am watching the night sky not for the coming of Christ, but for Wormwood to fall.
• Of course, I believe the coming of Christ is near. Back in May, while I was in deep prayer, I was driven to write down something that came to me. I do not claim to be a prophet, but I do know I was in prayer and praying in the Spirit. Also, note that I have never done this before in my life!
• So, this is what I wrote: date 5-15-09. I was praying as to what are the things to come. Watch the sky you will see major changes in the night sky. Wormwood a star will fall from the sky. Changes in the atmosphere. Smoke and darkness cover the earth, day is night for months.
• It's resemblance to a question mark is striking, isn't it?
• What will blow your mind is the fact that
  the “question mark” known as Seung-Hui Cho (the South Korean national who was responsible for the Virginia Tech massacre) had an alter-ego according to many reports that mystifies investigators to this day offering us yet another type of "question mark."
• I am not saying that the meteor in Texas was part of Wormwood. But I am not saying it wasn't either. I was compelled to write to you and believe it to be the Holy Spirit guiding me.
• For me, I believe we will see more of these meteors to come! I also have had other things revealed, and as times go on I will share with you. These things have to do with God being removed from the hearts of people. You are welcome to share anything I have written on your site."
• Strangely enough, student Julie Poole recalled the first day of a literature class the previous year when the students introduced themselves one by one. When it was Cho's turn to introduce himself, he did not speak.
• According to Poole, the professor looked at the sign-in sheet and found that, whereas everyone else wrote out their names, Cho wrote only a question mark.
• Now, I realize that whenever someone shares an experience that's deeply personal like this the initial reaction (even from Christians) is to challenge the veracity of such statements as well as the messenger by attacking the character of the person delivering the message.
• Poole added that "[w]e just really knew him as the question mark kid."
• In addition, we read "Virginia Tech killer a self-described 'question mark'", at CNN, April 18, 2007. Unbelievable.
• While researching, I was being led to a relatively obscure comic book character known as "The Question" (1967 Charlton Comics, who would later become part of the DC Comics universe when DC bought out Charlton in 1986),
• Want more?
• Why do we do this? Is it out of fear? Denial? Is it because we believe that if it has never happened to us then how can it happen to someone else?
• Is there really nothing of substance - - even if only a small part - - that we can take from her message? After all, aren't we told that this is precisely what we should expect to see in these last days?
• and his doppelganger "Rorschach" from Alan Moore's cult phenomenon "Watchmen," which is one of the top films at the box office these days (and one we've already discussed quite a bit here due to the eerie way in which it resonates with what's going on in the world today).
• Joel 2:28 - - "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:"
• Was Cho a fan? Had he come to identify himself with these two characters?
• Both heroes are "faceless," mask-wearing loners.
• Lack of information as to the contents of Cho's dorm-room makes this impossible to know, but after what we just concluded about the occult roots of comic books and most of pop culture earlier today, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if that were the case.
• The similarities between Cho and these comic book characters doesn't end there though. However, I don't want to travel down that path at the moment so if you're interested in reading about all those similarities just click HERE.
• Even so, do I think this Comet Lulin will fulfill the Wormwood Prophecy? No, I don't although it's a definite precursor (a harbinger?) of something significant that I just can't quite put my finger on just yet. That's what I tried to uncover through Parts 1, 2, and 3 of this series.
• Although there are several other instances to which I could refer, one discovery needs to be mentioned because it not only sent chills down my spine, but again confirms our conclusions about the occult roots of comic books.
• Why don't I think that Comet Lulin is the dreaded Wormwood? Because the Wormwood Prophecy is one of the 7 Trumpet Judgments (it's the 3rd Trumpet Judgment) during the last days.
• In "The Question Issue #4 Vol. 1" (released May 1987, or just over 20 years ago) entitled “The Sacrifice” there is a direct reference to Genesis 22: The Story of Ishmael.
• If we're about to see the fulfillment of this prophecy then wouldn't that mean we're well into the Tribulation already? Yes, it would! My, oh my, would that revelation upset our current understanding of how end times prophecy (especially those final 7 years!) was "supposed to" unfold!?!
• Is this the missing link to Cho's esoteric uses of another alter ego - - "Ax Ishmael" - - that generated a ton of controversy in the aftermath of that tragedy?
  
  
• On second thought, before writing this notion off completely, I should remind myself that I wrote back in November 2008 about the astronomical tetrad in the years 2014-2015 as discovered by U.S. Pastor Mark Biltz of El Shaddai Ministries. Pastor Biltz discovered that for only the third time in 2000 years, there will be a succession of total lunar eclipses on the Feasts of Passover and Tabernacles in those Jewish years, including unusual solar eclipses!
  
• A perfect example of what I meant earlier when I wrote that "cosmic firsts" are incredibly important for us to acknowledge and study in relation to Biblical prophecy.
• Was the Virginia Tech massacre a ritual to Ceres (although human sacrifice has not been linked to Cerealia, pigs were), carried out by The Question/Rorschach incarnate?
• Given that discovery a few months back, the Tribulation would've had to have begun in late 2008, right? Actually, there are some who believe that it did, and that there is one man who might have already fulfilled (is fulfilling) the prophecies of Daniel.
• Or was Seung-Hui Cho mind-controlled, with his trigger implanted in the pages of these comics?
• Look, we've already shown in a report earlier today the hard evidence that the government was intricately involved in the study of mind control, the occult, and the supernatural and that they tried to exert control over all three in order to use them to suit their needs.
• That's neither here nor there. What's important, however, is to read the 2-part series "The Antichrist's Checkmate?" because it will serve as a valuable primer for where we'll be going the rest of this week following this series, and help frame the rest of the discussion today.
• Not surprisingly, could this have been the explanation behind this senseless tragedy...
  
  
• But could this really be the case? Is it blasphemous to consider an alternative viewpoint on the subject? Could we really be witnessing (or about to witness) the unfolding of the 3rd Trumpet Judgment with the appearance of Comet Lulin? Again, the short answer is no.
• We are not already into the Great Tribulation - - the final 7 years - - even though I believe we are on the very cusp of it all beginning. Hopefully, the previous three parts of this series have given you some idea as to why I'm feeling that way.
  
• On March 9th, 2007 (a full 2 years BEFORE the film was released in theaters!) it was reported at Chud.com that a secret still frame had been embedded in an R-rated trailer for Zack Snyder's film “300” (which includes the Persian King Xerxes...Handel's Opera "Serse" was first performed April 15th, 1738 and also tells a tale of King Xerxes).
• here we have a supernatural manuscript otherwise known as the Holy Bible that has been with us for thousands of years. It's an historical document as much as it is a prophetic masterpiece, and yet we continue to choose to ignore what it has told us (warned us about) through generation after generation, preferring instead to walk blindly off the cliff and falling to our demise.
• The above still photo in question is of none other than Rorschach, taken from a screen test for the upcoming film version of the Watchmen, directed by who? Zack Snyder.
• Had Cho seen this trailer online or the feature film released on the same day as the above report?
• We'll probably never know the answer to these questions, but they could really give us some insight into exactly what was going on in Blacksburg, VA.
• What we do know is that Police records show that Cho purchased his first gun exactly one month to the day prior to the release of "300". The second gun, four days after on March 13th, 2007.
• Why is that? Ironically, the Bible - - the Book we like to ignore - - tells us exactly why that is:
  
  Hosea 4:6 - - "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
• What else? Oh, I know! Are you aware of the fact that Ceres is the goddess of the very city that our President Obama hails from politically?
• If I'm lyin', I'm dyin'.
• Back in 1930, the Chicago Board of Trade (established April 3rd, 1848) moved to it's current 45-story location at 141 W. Jackson, making it the tallest building in Chicago, replacing the record holder back then, which was the Chicago Masonic Temple Building (fitting, isn't it?).
• Traditionally, eschatology scholars have agreed on a general timeline of events regarding the fulfillment of end times prophecy. While certain things like the timing of the Rapture, the Psalm 83 War, the Gog-Magog War, and the start of the Tribulation are commonly debated amongst Christians, the procession of various Tribulation Judgments have not been in dispute.

• Time Magazine declared Ceres as the Goddess of Chicago upon the unveiling.
  
  
• The Seven Seals (Revelation 6:1-17; 8:1-5), Seven Trumpets (Revelation 8:6 – 9:21; 11:15-19), and Seven Bowls (Revelation 16:1-21) are three different and succeeding series of judgments from God.
• The judgments get progressively worse and more devastating as the end times progress.
• The Seven Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls are connected to one another - - as the Seventh Seal introduces the Seven Trumpets (Revelation 8:1-5), and the Seventh Trumpet introduces the Seven Bowls (Revelation 11:15-19; 15:1-8).
• So, clearly even though we're all standing on the cliff and looking over the edge into the abyss we do not currently find ourselves within the Great Tribulation at this time.
• Even so, what I think I may have just stumbled upon could give us another MAJOR CLUE that the Tribulation is about to begin.
• Of it's structural symbols perhaps the 31 foot tall "capstone" statue of Ceres is it's crowning glory. Sculptor John H. Stoors chose to craft his aluminum totem without a face.
• In an interesting parallel to The Question/Rorschach/Cho since Cho was said to have disfigured his face beyond recognition with the gun blast that ended his Virginia Tech killing spree.
• In addition, if this analysis is correct then Jesus Christ will return soon for His Church and that’s something that Satan doesn’t want people to believe, let alone dwell on.
• The following picture was also included there until it was removed from the agricultural trading room in 1973 (reason unkown). Artist John W. Norton's three story mural of Ceres shown bare-breasted in a field of grain here:
  
  
• Coming full circle, we've already openly wondered whether or not this Comet Lulin could fulfill the Wormwood Prophecy and determined that it cannot. Still, it's interesting to note that there are numerous characteristics about this particular comet that baffle scientists.
• Have I ever mentioned how much I love our God and how much I'm in total awe of Him? Wait until you see this! Everything from all four parts of this series look like they connect at unique points quite seamlessly.
  
  
• Others who have studied the elite's penchant for using rituals and symbolism in the real-world note that the "mega-ritual" signifier is the form of the octagon.
• I won't explain why that is here, but you can easily do your own research to confirm this.
• In any event, perhaps nowhere else on Earth is this symbol more clearly on display than The Chicago Board of Trade Building. In fact, it stands as the logo of the CBOT, perhaps acting as the world's very own Dharma Inititive (for you "Lost" fans out there).
  
  
• As previously mentioned, Comet Lulin is exhibiting some rather strange and unusual characteristics for a comet (at least that's what the experts are saying).
• First, let's keep in mind that almost every report is referring to this object as the "Green Comet" so that would definitely evoke the entire "Green Sun" motif we presented in Part 1.
• Let's also recall that descriptions of this "Green Sun" as found in the Egyptian Coffin Texts say the green sun has rings, and that might just describe its appearance as it interacts with the atmospheric conditions causing it to appear green and ringed. Now, take another look at the picture above. Startling, isn't it?
• The most confusing characteristic of this comet is its orbit. Lulin is actually moving in the opposite direction as the planets and all other comets. This is quite unusual, but not unexpected for us who are watching!
• Those same Egyptian Coffin Texts say, "You shall go up upon the great West side of the sky and go down upon the great East side of the earth." Wow!
• One does not have to be an astronomer to realize that a celestial body described as being green, shedding a green light, shining at night, encircled in a ring or series of rings, "going up" in the west at night and "going down in the east" at dawn cannot have been the Sun because it has to be an object with the opposite orbit! Amazing!
• In the above image, an octagonal clock is situated above a Blue Lily Fountain that's immersed in an octagonal pool, flanked on either side by Ceres statues. I know what you're thinking believe me. Here's another series of curious images for you:
  
  
  
  
• On top of that, it has what's called a parabolic trajectory, which means this is its first visit by the comet to the inner solar system!
• While this is what's commonly reported, some scientists believe it may come around every 1,000-2,000 years so that's also something we need to factor in to all of this.
  
• But there was a third characteristic about Comet Lulin that really piqued my interest.
• During my research, I came across an article that talks about it having what's called "a twist in the tail." I highly recommend that you take a moment to read that short analysis to get a better feel for just how uncommon this object is (an indication of what its "visit" tonight could portend for us and a small glimpse of what people during the Tribulation will be thinking about when similar objects approach the Earth).
• According to astronomers, this comet is doing something very strange. Not only is it bright enough to be seen without the use of visual aids, but there's something going on with Comet Lulin - - something very different. There's a twist in the tail!
• Dr. Joe Brimacombe used a negative luminance frame to take a closer look at what's going on and discovered something quite out of the ordinary. First off, you'll notice an "anti-tail" - - quite rare in itself - - but if you take a look about halfway down the ion/dust tail, you'll see a very definite twist in the structure. Is it rotating?
• Why such a fixation on a symbol that has historically been associated with stargates and/or dorrways to other dimensions and realities? Paging Tom Horn...
• Exactly what's causing it? Torsional stress? Is it possible that the kink in the tail is an instability resulting from currents flowing along the tail axis? Right now there's absolutely no information available about what's going on in the tail.
• The CBOT has taken this use of the octagon to high ritual form by also incorporating it into it's inner chamber, the trading floor (or "Pit" as it was patented in 1878):
  
  
• So what, right? Now, let's take a look at what the Lord just drew my attention to in the Book of Revelation beginning with Chapter 12.
  
  Revelation 12:1 - - "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars"
  
  Revelation 12:4 - - "And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born."
• It was at this point I also remembered an ancient Etrurian story, where instead of the Son Jesus Christ, it is a woman herself who stands with one foot on the head of a serpent biting a twig of an apple tree to which an apple is suspended.
• Downward stepped octagons known as "Pits" are the primary focus on the trading room floor.
• Its tail is twisted around a celestial globe, reminding us of the dragon of Revelation hauling down one-third of the stars with his tail (Revelation 12:4)!
• The grains of Ceres are exchanged for money.
• "The Pit" was brought into public consciousness via the writing of Bohemian Club member, and Darwinist, Benjamin Franklin Norris.
• It only gets more ridiculously surreal.
• Interesting to note that "Norris" Hall was the the scene of 31 of 33 deaths during the Virginia Tech massacre, although the only connection between Frank Norris and Norris Hall namesake Earle Norris is that they belonged to the same fraternity.
• In the Etrurian zodiac, the head of the virgin is surmounted with a crown of stars, which resonates with John's metaphor of a woman with a crown of twelve stars on her head (Revelation 12; Revelation 13)! This is the Regina Stellarum (Queen of the Stars) spoken of in some of the ancient religions from antiquity.
• An article on the secret origins of his college fraternity Phi Gamma Delta is worth checking out.
• Remarkable isn't it? I thought so too - - at the time. You haven't seen anything yet! Apparently, God wasn't done bringing this to light or in greater focus.
  
  
• Here's where things get downright creepy (if you're not already a little disturbed by all of this).
• Remember how we insinuated that the octagon shape is connected with a very specific idea? That idea is the concept of stargates, doorways to another dimension/reality, and a path to other life forms not of the human kind.
• With that in mind, would it shock you to learn that other notable Phi Gamms are stargater Scott Bakula ("Quantum Leap" and "Star Trek Enterprise" TV shows), as well as "Lost" castaway Matthew Fox?
• Also, Norris' "The Pit" (1903) was the second book in his unfinished "Epic of Wheat" trilogy, and is centered directly on wheat speculation within the Chicago Board of Trade.
• The first, "Octopus: A California Story" (1901), and the third being the uncompleted "Wolf."
• What an unique and oddly synchronistic collection of titles to say the least.
• IS THIS THE BIBLICAL CONNECTION?
• Yet, as unbelievable as all of these unusual connections are, I believe we can find another one in a prophetic book of the Holy Bible. What it really means is still open for debate, but there's no question that the Book of Zechariah (Zecharias) uses Ceres imagery when foretelling of the future last days.
• I then decided to do a little research on the Etrurians (Etruscan Religion).
• The basis of Etruscan religion was the fundamental idea that the destiny of man was completely determined by the vagaries of the many deities worshipped by the Etruscans. Every natural phenomenon, such as lightning, the structure of the internal organs of sacrificial animals, or the flight patterns of birds, was therefore an expression of the divine will, and contained a message which could be interpreted by trained priests such as Augurs.
• First, let's look at the symbol for Ceres again:
  
  
• In other words, they would get along quite nicely with the "We Are One" and "Yes We Can!" crowds of today. Their belief is that everything is interconnected. Where have we seen that before?
• Emerging from this basic concept the Rasenna scrupulously followed a complex code of rituals known by the Romans as the "disciplina etrusca."
• Here's what's intriguing about the sickle symbol, Ceres' association with harvesting, and an astronomical body being classified as a "dwarf" planet.
• Even up to the fall of the Roman Empire, the Etruscans were regarded by their contemporaries with great respect for their religion and superstitions.
• It may have been the fact that Etruscan religious beliefs and practices were so deep-rooted among the Romans that led to the complete destruction of all Etruscan literature as a result of the advent of Christianity.
• There's one prophetic piece of Scripture in Zechariah that has baffled people.
• Some have suggested it might be alluding to some kind of spiritual/extraterrestrial beings.
• I'll reserve providing an interpretation and let you react to it on its own because the connection to this subject is striking.
• Arnobius, one of the first Christian apologists, living around 300CE, wrote ,"Etruria is the originator and mother of all superstition."
• Chapter 5 is only 11 verses long, but there could be so much for us here to digest that's important.
• An account of the revelation is given by Cicero (On Divination 2.50). One day, says the legend, in a field near the river Marta in Etruria, a strange event occurred. A divine being rose up from the newly ploughed furrow, a being with the appearance of a child, but with the wisdom of an old man.
• The Etruscan Religion was, like Christianity and Judaism, a revealed religion.
• The following is taken from the Septuagint (oldest version of the Bible), but other translations will bear witness in a similar fashion:
• Zecharias 5:1-11 - - "And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked and behold a flying sickle.
• The startled cry of the ploughman brought lucomones, the priest kings of Etruria hurrying up to the spot. To them, the wise child chanted the sacred doctrine, which they reverently listened to and wrote down, so that this most precious possession could be passed on to their successors. Immediately after the revelation, the miraculous being fell dead and disappeared into the ploughed field. His name was Tages, and he was believed to be the son of Genius and grandson of the highest God, Tinia (or Jupiter as he became known to the Romans).
• And he said to me, What seest thou? And I said, I see a flying sickle, of the length of twenty cubits, and of the breadth of ten cubits. And he said to me,This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth: for every thief shall be punished with death on this side, and every false swearer shall be punished on that side.
• And I will bring it forth, saith the Lord Almighty, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that swears falsely by my name: and it shall rest in the midst of his house, and shall consume it, and the timber of it, and the stones of it.
• There's that "plow" theme again resonating with Ceres and the NJ State Seal! However, remember this because it has a pop cultural connection that we'll touch upon in just a moment.
• This doctrine was known to the Romans as the disciplina etrusca.
• And the angel that talked with me went forth, and said to me, Lift up thine eyes, and see this that goes forth. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the measure that goes forth. And he said, This is their iniquity in all the earth. And behold a talent of lead lifted up: and behold a woman sat in the midst of the measure.
• And he said, This is iniquity.
• And he cast it into the midst of the measure, and cast the weight of lead on the mouth of it. And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, two women coming forth, and the wind was in their wings; and they had stork’s wings: and they lifted up the measure between the earth and the sky.
• This is also one big comet, with an atmosphere allegedly three times the size of the planet Jupiter! Featuring two tails (a tail and an anti-tail), Comet Lulin is a "green comet" (which means it is issuing poisonous gases; a circumstance sometimes seen in comets), with enough internal energy or forces to quickly replace one of the tails it recently lost.
• And I said to the angel that spoke with me, Whither do these carry away the measure? And he said to me, To build it a house in the land of Babylon, and to prepare a place for it; and they shall set it there on its own base."
• As Comet Lulin is exposed to the sun's heat for the first time, astronomers conjecture that those ices will vaporize, possibly causing the comet to brighten rapidly or even break apart.
• Like I said, I'll reserve a strict interpretation for now, but just let that sit with you a moment as you recall everything we just examined together here today.
• Now, throw in everything we've ever studied about the so-called "Alien/UFO" phenomenon and recall how we concluded that it will most likely play itself out in the form of the Great Deception.
• Considering the comet's size and its unusual orbit, the degree to which it loses "chunks" or breaks apart is unforeseeable. Hmmm, could that fulfill the image of the dragon casting down a third of the stars?
• In the very next chapter we read:
• Check this out! Comet Lulin’s closest approach to Earth, 0.41 a.u. (61 million km), occurs on February 24th, when the comet may reach a peak of magnitude 5°. At this time, it should be visible in late evening (after rising around the end of astronomical twilight) and remains in view for the rest of the night.
• Zecharias 6:1-8 - - "And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, four chariots coming out from between two mountains; and the mountains were brazen mountains. In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot piebald and ash-coloured horses.
• And it's speeding along at just over 5° per day!
• Oh yeah, guess what Tuesday 2/24 night is? The eve of Ash Wednesday, which gets its name from the practice of placing ashes on the foreheads of the faithful as a sign of repentance.
• And I answered and said to the angel that talked with me, What are these, my Lord? And the angel that talked with me answered and said, These are the four winds of heaven, and they are going forth to stand before the Lord of all the earth.
• As for the chariot in which were the black horses, they went out to the land of the north; and the white went out after them; and the piebald went out to the land of the south. And the ash-coloured went out, and looked to go and compass the earth:
• Another interesting tidbit is that as the moon moves away on the morning of February 24th, it will be "on" Earth's Equator - - possibly leaving the planet "wide open" to solar winds that have twice ripped off one of Comet Lulin's tails!
• and he said, Go, and compass the earth. And they compassed the earth. And he cried out and spoke to me, saying, Behold, these go out to the land of the north, and they have quieted mine anger in the land of the north."
• With all the gravitational forces in simultaneous array and play, there has been some conjecture on the potential effect on Earth.
• Since the moon's movements have so much to do with the ocean tides, it is theoretically possible that the gravitational effects from the moon, Comet Lulin, Ceres, and the triple-planetary conjunction could cause severe storms, if not earthquakes and/or volcanic eruptions, anywhere from Thursday, February 26th to Sunday, March 1st, here at home.
• Break down this section of Scripture with me because from what I found in my research of what others have said, this could be HUGE, and a sign from God to His people here on Earth to GET READY because the Daniel's 70th Week (the final 7 years) are about to begin!
• My dear friends, the implications in all of this are absolutely staggering!
• Let's pray the above conjecture is simply reserved caution, and that we may view these amazing heavenly line-ups with awe of God's creation, offering a thankful "Godspeed" to Comet Lulin as it returns to whence it came.
  
• The Four Horsemen kick-off the Tribulation, and they are the first four of the Seven Seals.
• Could this mean we're really on the cusp of the beginning of the Tribulation just as we've thought all along? Yes!
  
  
• Comet Lulin is arriving from the far reaches of the solar system on a nearly parabolic orbit - - "it's almost as if it comes from infinity and goes back out to infinity," said Mark Hammergren of Chicago's Adler Planetarium.
• Lastly, from where did Comet Lulin come?
• That last remark can only make one think of God, Our Lord (the Alpha and the Omega), He who has no beginning and no end. In other words, Infinity Himself.
• CONCLUSIONS - THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING TO ALL OF THIS, RIGHT?
• The most curious thing about Comet Lulin is that it is moving backwards, unlike any comet observed in human history. It also is displaying two tails. Past and future, meeting in the present?
• "Four chariots were coming from between two mountains..." Since the original text says the two mountains, most assume they are the Mount of Olives and Mount Zion. Mountains of bronze associates these mountains with strength and judgment.
• That reminds me! Take a look at the official promotional poster for the Oscars/Academy Awards that were held on this past Sunday. Does that image create any type of feeling or thought within you if you look at it within the framework of the entire "Hollywood-Is-Conditioning-Us-To-Accept-A-Future-Reality" paradigm? It should. Look closely and tell me what you see.
  
  
• "Four chariots...red horses...black horses...whites horses...dappled horses; strong steeds" The horsemen of Zechariah 1 were observers on reconnaissance.
• These four chariots and their horses seem to be hostile agents of God’s judgment, emissaries of His war against the earth.
• Some want to identify these four chariots with Daniel’s four world empires (Daniel 2 and Daniel 7), but the colors essentially are the same as the Four Horsemen in Revelation 6, the emissaries of God’s judgment!
• Some connect these with the angelic messengers of judgment in Revelation 7:1-3. “In the usual Scriptural symbolism red speaks of war, black of famine and death, white of victory, and grizzled of pestilence (Ezekiel 14:21, Revelation 6:18).” (Luck)
• "Four spirits of heaven..." This means that these four chariots are actually four angelic beings sent from God.
• This means that these may not be exactly the same as the Four Horsemen of Revelation 6, but that the idea of their mission and purpose is similar.
• John Calvin said that these angels are compared to horsemen on chariots because “these ride swiftly as it were through the whole world to execute what God commands them.”
• If Zechariah had the technology of today he might picture the angels in fast cars or fighter jets, showing how swiftly and powerfully they move across the earth to accomplish God’s purpose.
• "To the north country..." Two of the horses are focused on the north, where Babylon and Magog are! Nevertheless, each of the four extends to and fro throughout the Earth.
• Folks, I think our Lord's righteous judgment is imminent. The Tribulation could very well begin within the next 2 weeks. I guess we'll see soon enough.
• "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," nominated for 13 Oscars, is about a man who lives his life in reverse.
• A defining moment in the story is the “conjunction” of the hero and his love interest as their ages converge, he moving backwards and she moving forward. The trailer includes the tagline, “Life can only be understood backward; it must be lived forward.”
• CONCLUSIONS: TIME IS PERILOUSLY SHORT!
• Clearly, April 12th - April 20th of each year is the period to watch for events of this magnitude.
• So what does this have to do with anything, you might ask. Well, although "Slumdog Millionaire" got the lion's share of the awards Sunday night, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" did quite nicely for itself.
• As I put the finishing touches on this piece today and got ready to publish it to the site I was amazed to see the story about the tragedy in Binghamton, NY (only a few hours from me here in Buffalo, NY) come across the wire because this is EXACTLY the type of story that we'd see a few weeks from now.
• The two make an interesting pair. Slumdog is about the use of technology to restore a relationship and find one's destiny. Benjamin Button is about the reversal of time.
  
• Plus, there other significant historical events that can be seen through the looking glass within this context.
• Coincidence? What are the odds of all of this? It is not too far-fetched to believe that Comet Lulin will force conventional science to reexamine its limited view of material reality.
• Did you know that on April 17, 1864 the Battle of Plymouth began (Confederate forces attacked Plymouth, North Carolina)? Did you know that the USS Ceres was involved in this battle?
• Put another way, that Comet Lulin will tear down the walls of our current frame of existence and force us into a frightening new reality ripe with serious prophetic implications.
• To quote Ben Fairhall, "You can't make this stuff up!"
• I want to conclude by openly stating that I feel as though something BIG is imminent. I'm hoping it's the Rapture, but it may be something else entirely that might just move us that much closer to that event. When I write "move us that much closer" I'm talking weeks/months as opposed to several years.
• I'M CONVINCED THAT THE PROPHESIED 7-YEAR TRIBULATION WILL BEGIN IN 2009, AND THAT IT MIGHT BE SOONER THAN WE THINK, AND THAT ALL OF THESE EVENTS AND SIGNS ARE A HARBINGER HERALDING THAT TRUTH. GOD IS SENDING US A CLEAR MESSAGE.
  
• The 10th anniversary of the Columbine killings occurs on Monday, April 20, 2009, which is also the 120th anniversary of the birth of Adolf Hitler.
• There has been a stirring in my soul building for quite some time. It's to the point now where I feel like we're reaching a peak, a climax, and the world is about to experience things many cannot even imagine!
• Hitler died by his own hand, ten days after his birthday, on April 30, 1945, a mere 64 years ago.
• This year's 10 day period will be a dangerous "red zone," in the larger high frequency time period of March through April.
• Other Brothers and Sisters in Christ whom I've never met also seem to support this feeling. That can't be a coincidence. Not now. Not at this point in history.
• Being forewarned and aware is half the battle. Vulnerable, suicidal, homicidal youth need help and attention, long before it gets to the stage where they feel there's no turning back.
• Plus, I should also mention that I can't ever remember having such a compulsion to write about these things. It's almost as if the Holy Spirit is igniting that fire within me,
• Keep praying, keep talking, take care, get people help, and remain alert with your guard up.
• A few people reading this today may wish to demean the predictive insights of known patterns, but ridicule does not overwhelm the reality of history.
• giving me the desire, motivation, energy, and ability to get as much of this down for the record as possible before it's too late.
• What's the message that we should take from all of this if anything? Personally, I believe that we seem to be seeing a consistent pattern emerge, and it's one that contains the story of us somehow having our ancestral roots in the stars, of us finally being told this, and of us moving forward in this life and world as one single body/community with this newfound common heritage
• Here's another bizarre coincidence I'll leave you with that illustrates this point. When I say bizarre I mean BIZARRE!!! The 1970's rock band Deep Purple (of "Don't Fear The Reaper" fame; that's certainly appropriate here in this context too!) had another song called "Twist In The Tail."
• At least that's how it looks like it will be presented to us in the very near future.
• Here are the lyrics, which are mind-blowing given our study:
• We'll be told that what we knew to be "true" as presented to us through religion is false; that our "god" is actually an extraterrestrial who tinkered with our DNA long ago; that they are here to enlighten us/help us move to a higher plane/save us.
• As you watch from your house on the hill
  World keeps spinning around you you're standing still
• Fitting too since 2009 is the International Year of Astronomy.
• In light of this Ceres connection to mid-April and what it typically means for the world (and this nation) I'm also openly wondering if some BIG EVENT (North Korean nukes? Terrorist attack? Iran-Israel war? "Full Disclosure" event?) is slated for this year sometime between April 12th and April 20th to fit with the pattern.
• I've been where the sun never shines
  That's alright there's a change in the story
  That's alright there's a change in the plan
  A twist in the tale
• If either of these things (or something completely unexpected, but of this magnitude) happens during the upcoming time frame then I also have to wonder if it will officially mark the beginning of Daniel's 70th Week (the final 7 years), the beginning of the Tribulation (the first 3.5 years of the final 7), and the release and opening of the First Horseman/First Seal of Revelation. How could I not think that?

  As it drops like a stone without trace
• Give what you want take what you need
  Squeezing so hard there's no room to breathe
  And your flavour has fallen from grace
  That's alright there's a change in the story

• What are the odds of all of this? Furthermore, ask yourself why all of this is staring us in the face screaming for our attention like some self-absorbed toddler at this very point in time with such ferocity? Why now?
• I believe this is God's way of trying to alert us about what's coming.
• The genius of all of this is you can't explain it to laypeople without sounding completely insane. Then again, I've been used to that for quite some time as a student of prophecy; a watchman on the wall if you will.
• You were lost in the in the starlight
• The one good thing to come from all of this is that for those who still remain hardened skeptics when it comes to the Bible and the prophecies found within its pages, I'd venture to guess that you have to be becoming more and more convinced that the sheer volume and complexity of all of this is way beyond the scope of mere human agency like I've suggested all along.
• Can't you swallow the truth for once in your life
• It's alright there's a change in the story
  It's alright there's a change in the plan
  A twist in the tale
• I'm not saying there's not a boatload of intentional symbolic mischief out there, but that is just a very small piece of the puzzle.
• Again, these powerful groups and individuals who lurk in the shadows are actively trying to worship their god (Satan) publicly through the language of rituals and symbols, but they are only given free reign to the extent that God allows it to fulfill His ultimate plan for humanity.

• Bottom line, there is some wacky weirdness occuring daily, and this entire saga presented in today's column is just another example of it all.
• My head is spinning and my mind is racing trying to process everything in an attempt to piece it all together.

• Quite honestly, I'm still sorting things out and trying to determine if there's any merit to it at all (no matter how small the kernal of truth may be). • Even if nothing materializes during the time frame in question (no pun intended and I sincerely hope I'm wrong about all of this) you could still die tomorrow, and any unresolved issues (like where you will spend eternity when you die) will be moot at that point.
• Hmmm, so we have a dragon (Revelation 12) and a "D" for "Demeter" (also known as "Ceres") and a "P" for her daugher "Persephone" (who became the "Queen of Hades") who was taken to the underworld. I see. Just another weird coincidence I'm sure. Nothing to see here. Move along.
• Do you desire a personal relationship with the One who created you and loves you no matter what? You need to know that if you haven't been saved and born again then you're not here reading this by accident.
• God has been trying to get your attention for so long, and He desperately wants you to finally answer His call and reach out to Him before it's too late! If you know this to be true and want to respond once and for all, tell Him in your own words or use this simple prayer:
• One community member commented that, "All these occurances can't be a coincidence. I believe the rapture is imminent, because I believe in His word. So many things are happening in concert all over the world at such rapid speed, I think God has to get us (His Church) out of the way, in order to get on with the rest of His end time plan. 'When these things begin to happen, look up for your redemption draweth nigh...' I can't wait to see my Savior's face. I can't wait to be rid of my sin nature. I'm so over this world. It has nothing I want. My purpose until then, is to pray for the unsaved to come to salvation. I don't want anyone to go through the horrors that are coming upon this earth."
  
  To that I want to respond by saying AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!!! Lord come quickly! MARANATHA!!!
  
• "Dear Lord, I pray that you will not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Please think of me according to Your mercy and for Your goodness' sake, O Lord. Lord I turn from all of those sins that I committed and I ask for Your help in washing the memory and thoughts of that sin completely from my mind. Please restore me to faithful obedience to Your Word, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit anew, so that I may keep Your commands all the days of my life. Lord Jesus, I invite you into my heart anew today, and I ask forgiveness for all of my sin. Jesus, thank you for dying for my sins and for forgiving me of them through your shed blood for me on the cross. Please take away all the sinful 'old things' in my heart that defile me, and replace them with the 'good things' that you desire to grow in to my life. Please wash away all the sinful crud and tendencies toward evil and replace them with a hunger and thirst for your righteousness. I need your help, Lord God, in living this new life in Christ. Please send your Holy Spirit afresh into my life to help me, heal me, lead me and transform me. I also pray that your shed blood washes over me, protects me, and that I am counted worthy to escape the things that are coming upon this world in the form of your righteous judgment. Lastly, I pray that you have mercy on this nation even though we deserve your fierce judgment for our blatant sins that are before you. Help us to see the error in our ways as individuals and as a nation, and lead us to repentance before it's too late for us. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."

• What are the odds of all of this!?! Furthermore, ask yourself why all of this is staring us in the face screaming for our attention like some self-absorbed toddler at this very point in time with such ferocity? Why now? I believe this is God's way of trying to alert us about what's coming.
• If you haven't repented for your sins or sought the Lord for His mercy, forgiveness, salvation, or prayed that you are counted worthy to escape the things to come as we're instructed to do then please say the following prayer right now:
• "Father God, I know I need You because I am a sinner, but also know that I can never get to You on my own. There's nothing I can do on my own to make up for my sins; nothing I could do on my own to earn favor and forgiveness from You or to secure my place in Heaven when I die. The only thing I can do is to make a conscious decision that You sent Your one and only Son Jesus Christ, and that He came to this world for me.
