Lesson Planet has a lesson for any subject and any grade. The homepage says “The Search Engine for Teachers” and that’s exactly what it is. It also has worksheets and the teaching standards for whatever state you’re in.

Content
The content of this site is very good. You can easily tell what the site is about. However, the author, sources and dates weren’t provided. The site does say that the lesson plans are all teacher reviewed. I’m not sure how good the lesson plans are because you have to subscribe to the site and then you get to use it for free for 10 days. I couldn’t find how much it cost after that. This site looks like it could be very helpful if you want to pay for it. You can also put your own lesson plans on this site.

Design
The design is very attractive and easy to read. The homepage has different tabs to take you where you want to go. The only problem I can see with the design is that it doesn’t have a link to take you back to the homepage.

Agriculture in the Classroom is a site sponsored by the USDA in order to inform people about agriculture. There is a section for both students and teachers. The student section has games and interactive tools and the teacher section has lesson plans.

Content
This website is pretty complicated. It’s difficult to find the author and when the information was written. Because of this, I have no idea if the content is updated frequently. All the links seem to work. This website is well organized but a little difficult to understand. It does have a really good resource section where you can search for things and it will take you to a different website.

Design
The homepage tells you who sponsors the site but it doesn’t have a copyright date. This site looks nice and loads quickly. It has a lot of links but they all take you to a different site and a new browser opens. I found that part a little annoying. The homepage is pretty short and easy to follow. Overall, the design is easy to use.

The Georgia Agriculture Education website is a useful tool for anybody who wants to teach agriculture. The purpose of this site is to help Ag teachers by providing lesson plans, interactive tools and PowerPoint’s.

Content
The content of this site is very good. The author is identified and seems to have the necessary credentials. Some of the information is a bit older but it is still relevant. There is a lot of information. It pretty much has any lesson and/or PowerPoint that an Ag teacher could ever need. There are some links to educational games that are pretty fun to play. I found it pretty easy to find the information that I wanted.

Design
The site is kind of complicated because it has so much information on it. In order to get a lesson plan, you have to click on many links. However, it is very organized. Also, there aren’t any directions on how to use the site. Overall, the site is pretty appealing and has a lot of working links to get you where you need to go.
