- The thing that stood out the most to me in the video was when the director said how children who struggle in a normal educational environment will feel successful at the end of the day. This is because they are involving themselves in activities they have strength in. This gives the children a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. The program is also beneficial in helping students find a career path that will suit them best. I agree that test scores are not everything... it is hard to allow a child to be themselves when everything is centered around a test.
