I went to App for That first and watched the video; it was very cute. I find it funny though because I was listening to the radio and it was mentioned that there is an app for everything...even odd things you normally wouldn't think of. I thought that the 6 Educational Origami verbs were interesting.
I also looked in the Day in the Life of an iPad. I think my favorite apps were of course Starbucks and the Leafsnap app. I had no idea that there was an app to identify leaves for trees and such. That app is great when hiking and/or camping for those of us, ie. me, who are allergic to poison ivy, oak, etc. Technology is seeming to come in handy the more I take my EDUC 422 class.
